Cheltenham 2018

What a day so far. After a disappointing Tuesday, it's been a great Wednesday.

Had Samcro at 14/1.

Had Presenting Percy too. Then had a Samcro, Presenting Percy and Altior treble and a big Samcro (and normal odds) and Altior double. Also had Barra e/w in the third.

Down a bit yesterday, but well up today. :D
 
I've won nothing!!

Mercy Mercy Me might save me in the last race here.

Even the girl beside me in work has more winners than me and she's just picking them if she likes the name :lol:

Tiger Roll and an Altior/Min forecast left me just about up yesterday.

Like the look of Glenloe today as well. Can't see anyone beating Un De Sceaux either today
 
Lumping on Altior and a Tornado Flyer E/W have saved me a bit.
 
Quiet day for me today. Have Invitation only, UDS and Laurina done in a Willie Mullins treble since the start of the week, but having a bet on Shattered Love in the first too.
 
Think most people are taking it easy today by the sounds of it.

Got decent word for Kings Odyssey @14/1 in the 4.10 and Missed Approach at 9/1 in the 5.30 if anyone is interested in some value. Might do a little e/w double on them.

Well sure look, it's speculation and they're obviously those prices for a reason, but the word is from a good place.

Should of happened, but the plan to send Cut the Mustard out to lead / contend Maria's Benefit from the go worked a treat and completely burnt her out towards the end. Shame.

I've had a mare so far. one win in 5 so far. thankfully tiger Roll yesterday covered my losses from yesterday and only stuck fiver on today. any tips on tomorrow would be good.

Apple’s Shakira in the 1st & Chris’s dream in the 3rd
 
Finally a win! I've been trying to stay clear of singles on the shorter priced favorites this week and using them in trebles or place accas, but after so many let downs I finally got a win with Missed Approach @ 10-1 today! I did have a four fold of Sam Spinner, The Storyteller, Laurina & Missed Approach @ 576.5-1 :annoyed: out of those 4 I would never of chose Sam Spinner to be the one to let me down.

Only looked at the first race for tomorrow so far, Apple's Shakira looks the part and has already won 3 times at Cheltenham with aplomb, but there is still potential for an upset if Farclas, Mr Adjudicator & Stormy Ireland keep on improving especially with how well the Mullins / Elliott horses have been running during the festival. I'll be putting my bet on Apple's Shakira with SkyBet... just in case.
 
Didn't realise there was a thread on here. I've had an excellent Cheltenham so far.

Mainly using OBLG and looking for the one with most tips and checking if I agree with what their saying.

Made around 900 profit in 3 days

Edit: Main bet for tomorrow is Sandsend in the 2.10. 12-1 on bet365 and is a good shout for an ew bet.

I've gone a treble today of Saldier (1.30), Chef Des Obeaux (2.50) and Definitely Red (3.30). Pays over 1000/1 for all 3!

Also had a tenner on Brave Eagle in the 4.50 as my company's co-owner owns the horse! He was 25/1.

Still working out some more doubles/ trebles - beats work!
 
Today I have a Place Accumulator on Stormy Ireland / Ivanovich Gorbatov / Dortmund Park / Our Duke / Unioniste and another on Apple's Shakira / Flying Tiger / Santini / Might Bite / Wonderful Charm / Deal D'estruval. Also took Definitly Red in the Gold Cup, fancy him tbh.

Feck it, may as well enjoy the final day of Cheltenham :drool::D
 
Flying Tiger 2:10 seems to be getting a good few shouts online today. Have him in a double and treble.

Won €45 off a free bet yesterday so throwing down 9 doubles and trebles at 2.50 e/w for the craic today. Be nice if one came off, they're all ranging from 100-500.

Have gone all in on Apples Shakira for the first race. If that comes off then i'll get the other bets on the next races....if not, i'll be watching from the sidelines...:nervous:

I'm on it too, I've only bet on short priced favs and won them all, hopefully this can come through as well!
