SECOND LEGS

Tuesday 6 May

Inter vs Barcelona (Amazon Prime)

Wednesday 7 May
PSG vs Arsenal (TNT Sports)

All games kick off at 21:00 CET

BBC Sport website's top story currently is a Balague piece explaining that the make up of the semi-finalists show the real winner here is Pep Guardiola.

Arsenal have a great shot at winning this trophy, they have a well rounded team compared to the others.

Saying that, I’m rooting for PSG!!

Give the trophy to Arsenal already, the only club still in the competition that should not have been banned for good looong ago or even before the start of this exact season.

The games will be fixed. UEFA will ensure its an Arsenal v Barca final. They will do this so that the club world cup will be missing the CL winners and runners up.

I just saw that and it was the weirdest article re tone. I know the guy is obsessed with Pep but it's such poor form to not focus on Enrique/Arteta.

Ballague is always predictable in he can't credit another Barca manager without drawing it back to Pep - the weirdest thing he wrote is that Enrique and Flick are Pep disciples, aside from that just being odd given they all are around the same age and have different styles and ideas, putting Flick in seemed so random and out of place until I just saw that Flick has beaten Pep's record of finals and also is creeping nearer a treble.

FIFA would hate that.. But they were quite weird taking UEFA results for 4 years not including the current one. I understand it regarding the ranking as you need some planing, but for the winner spot it really makes no sense to give Chelsea (UCL winners of 2021) a spot in 2025 CWC while this years' winner (unless it is Inter or Paris; both qualified through the ranking) will only participate in 2029.

They should have fixed this; and it wasnt that complicated. They kept making up rules as it goes. They gave Inter Miami the host country spot despite them not winning the MLS, they did so in order to secure a Messi participation.

Genuinely feel this tie is going to be a cracker. I really can't call it. Head says Arsenal, heart says PSG.

After watching some Arsenal fans' toxic live reactions to our Lyon game, I desperately want to see them swept aside.
Feel this is PSG's big chance without Partey playing.

I thought you were taking the piss but he actually did it! He's incorrigible (and tedious).

If Arsenal win the CL, their fans will become the most insufferable in the country, if not the continent, hell, world.

PSG is much better this year than Real Madrid...

In the final they may win to Inter but Barcelona in his current level is the next level.

I think that the final will be PSG against Barcelona

So I presume we're all cheering for evil PSG tonight? Arsenal already unbearable. If they win the big cup it'll compound a horrible season as a United fan.

I think Arsenal and PSG are both better tham Barcelona, but in a one off game mentality matters more than anything else and I think this Barcelona team has *IT*. Not so sure about the other two

It's a hard life these days. Do you want oil money to win or do you want Don Robbie to hold the monopoly on football YouTube.

Yeah no two ways about. Inter to win the final vs PSG for me please

If it was just one maybe, but they walk among us.
I'm not english, don't support an english club and don't have to deal with obnoxious arsenal fans anywhere in my life - excluding a few friends but I've blocked them during our CL clash and by now we're all over it. Them winning CL means nothing to me and I actually like the club too

Inter would be fine except I don't want my city to be unliveable for several days or weeks, thank you very much

3. Meteor

4. We discover we're in the Matrix and wake up

99999999. PSG

1000000000 the unthinkable happens and I go full bond supervillain. Unrelated, which are your least favourite countries?

I have no real dislike of any country. Some do have political structures and histories that piss me off though, but that's not on the people, and is usually circumstantial, which I'm ideal world is what a country is.

I do love Spain and Italy though.

Please bring the shittiest possible versions of Dembele and Donaruma tonight...

Confident we can do it. The midfield battle will be absolutely key.

PSG have shipped in 15 goals so far to our 7. Great chance if we can get a win and a clean sheet.

To be honest I couldn't really give a toss either way.

We’re not confronted with dilemmas of Arsenal actually threatening to win the biggest trophies often, nor PSG, actually, but there’s a real big chance either one could go all the way this season, it feels like. PSG, more damnation for football (despite them actually doing it the proper way this time) and with Arsenal, forced humility evaporated in an instant. They’d be worse than even the scousers by an order of magnitude!

So, yeah, come on Inter(?) I guess.

I don’t like the Arsenal fan base or the north London fans in general but I do have a bit of respect for Arsenal as a historic competitor (3rd most league titles, Keane Vs Vieira, Wenger vs Fergie etc.). I wouldn’t be too angry if they went all the way and won it, it’s about time they did really. Prefer Inter though.

Arsenal Inter final and Arsenal winning it.
Most important the oil state club doesn't win. Would be worse than CF levers winning it.

Arsenal is in London, and London is the headquarters of the FA/PL, and the FA/PL sold their culos for the oil clubs. Based on this, wanting Arsenal to win is like wanting the terrorists to win. Be better.

Why reach this far? All you need to do is look at Arsenal's main sponsor for the last 20 years.
