It's 4 players my bad but Dias was pretty close

... Yeah, even as a Utd fan who would rather see anyone win anything over them, this is an odd take

How is this an odd take? They've literally scored an own goal from a cross, and another goal from a long cross.

Liverpool are the absolute model we need to copy. I am so jealous of everything they do right now.

You can always bet on Origi and Minamino to feed on these shite teams.

The goals may not have been their best, but they play electric full-throtle football that's great to watch.

They hit the jackpot with Klopp. It's as simple as that. They'd be still fighting it out for 7th place without him.

FFS how do they have so much energy at this point int the season given the games they've had? Plus absolutely no injuries. That shite is weird tbf.

They’re doping. If something in sport looks unreal and stands out significantly it’s nearly always doping.

This model is a one off. You can’t copy this!
You can copy huge parts of it. Hungry, passionate coach who expects and demands the most out of his players every single minute of every game. Relentless commitment to playing style. Great transfers.

Us not being able to get Klopp or Pep at Utd is the Glazer's biggest failing, and there's a fair few to pick from.

Whilst they're managing in the league, it doesn't matter what we do, we will be playing catch up.

It's a huge part but it's not all. Clubs are so much more than a manager. Something we're only now getting to grips with.

It's funny seeing PS5 advertised on the boards when you can't even get hold of the feckers.

If our lot are watching this I hope they’re feeling shameful about their lack of effort. This and last night really has shown we are light years away at the minute.

Klopp was available but the prevailing opinion was we needed to give Louis Van Gaal time. We gave him time. Liverpool sacked Rodgers and pounced on Klopp.

The story repeated itself with Klopp-light 5 years later.

Indeed. We hear so often what a 'well run club' they' are. Funny how it only became that way when Klopp showed up and they stopped signing the likes of Balotelli.
They nearly won the league with an insanely average squad and Rodgers. It's more than just Klopp. Their recruitment has been absolutely ridiculous and it's all data based. Klopp wanted Brandt over Salah. He isn't a one man band.

This has been such a boring game compared to yesterday. The team on the other side of the bracket definitely deserves to win the Champions League.

The goals may not have been their best, but they play electric full-throtle football that's great to watch.

Their pressing, movement without the ball is impressive, but their long ball playing football style is not great to watch at all. They lump the ball forward or diagonally at every possible opportunity, and their most often route to a goal is lumping it in the box from a fullback, you think that's great to an eye?

Didn't we go for Klopp and he turned us down, said Woodward tries to sell him on a football Disneyland project? Cretin.

Don't make excuses for lazy shites because you are enamoured with their talent would be a good starting point. City and Liverpool show you can't carry passengers or luxury ego's, Utd have been building squads of them.

Exactly. Klopp always targets hardworking, eager to learn players. The only “superstar” he bought was Thiago and he even looks hungrier than ever.

No players with a lot of social media presence, no superstars just hard work and determination. I really hope Ten Hag will bring us to the glory days because he’s very similar to Klopp than Pep.

It is obvious our lot don't care about such stuff. We saw what happened when we faced Liverpool

Robertson is so fecking annoying, he's like a modern day Denis Irwin, not the best player in the team but consistently a 7/10 at least. Want to get behind him because he's scottish but he's a red shite cnut.

Liverpool has great spatial awareness on and off the ball. City have that too, but it is different according to their play.

Villareal were poor and don't deserve anything, even if Liverpool scored another jammy goal that was double deflected.

Villarreal ruined it for Bayern.

This is like freepass for Liverpool to the final. They have had Europa league level rute to the final

I know Liverpool and City have abnormal energy levels but we are so far behind it’s unbelievable. Hopefully the youngsters tomorrow get a chance and show more.

You've essentially described Utd under Fergie

Believe it or not, I'm quite fond of that style, especially when you've got world class players overseeing it.

If I had to choose a style to watch, I'd sooner pick Liverpool over City.

I think every manager expects and demands the most out of his players every single minute of every game. Expecting it and getting it done is the hardest bit.
