It’s a ridiculous new format, think all teams are in one league table but some have different fixtures to others. Then there’s a playoff for teams placed 7-24th to reach last 16 - utterly bizarre.

New format will be even more of a borefest until the knockouts. Both the 2024 CL and the Super League (especially without Merit based qualification) have serious problems.
From the viewers perspective, the CL was far better 20 years ago. When have groups with lots of big teams meeting earlier is much more interesting.
