Champions League - Round of 16 - 2nd Legs 5/6/12/13 March

You'd think pushing the opposition manager would be worthy of a booking

I'm scared of the Zinchenko sub, could go be a great way to help Odegaard or could be a defensive disaster

Havertz doesn't know Conceição, he could have easily been punched back

Don’t we need Arsenal to get a bit further for us to have a chance of fifth qualifying

No, we are in the 2nd spot for one of the 2 places with 6 or our 8 teams still in European competitions and Germany are 3rd with 4 of their 7 still in however 2 of them could easilly go out over the next 2 days.

I like how Arteta is all animated to a player when a sub happens and the player just kinda looks at him like "no idea what you said, mate"

Zinchenko was like ‘please shut the feck up your breath stinks’

I don't think it means that much. They're obviously a young team without CL experience, but on the other hand, even Ferguson's United sides sometimes played close ties with smaller teams like Porto, etc. in the CL, or even went out...and those were teams full of seasoned veterans.
Porto side that knocked United out had the rub of the green and then went on to win the competition. This current Porto are unlikely to beat whoever they play should they progress to the last 8.

I would love a zinchenko howler please. It would rile up arsenal fans a lot.

Some Arsenal fans think they can win the Champions League. They have about as much chance as we do.

Pepe is a freak. Amazing physical effort tonight.
To go from a player i despised to him now, i actually have had no time for him but the last few years, i think hes brillant, an unbelievable leader, hope this doesnt put the mockers on him

Away goals rule would add a bit more jeopardy to this game.

I think they should have kept it.

If one bares in mind the budget difference, it's embarassing for Arsenal.
It’s the main shortcoming of this side. For all the improvements Arteta has shown domestically, they still look poor in Europe.
