Champions League Round of 16 (18th Feb - 8th Aug)

It’s incredible how he made our fanbase so split and toxic, people really are gullible to his bullshit and are unable to see him through as he creates cult like mentality by blame shifting.

How much would Atalanta get for getting this far?

Anyone watch Valencia game? More specifically Ferran Torres
Very good player, great finish on his goal, played fairly well otherwise. Game was weird, long passages of nothing happening and then a team would score

Watching the Valencia Atalanta post match presser and there's no reporter inside the room only the player.
They're asking questions through stereo speakers

Mourinho must be the most overrated, overpaid, incompetent humanbeing on the surface of the earth. Thought that the Spurs are much more clever than that, hiring him. Got a great development the last years. But with Mourinho it will all go downwards. I hate RB, but i will enjoy watching Nagelsmann whiping the floor with him and his horrible football.
Just like predicted. It was obvious.
Again: who is in charge at Tottenham to have that "clever idea" to hire Mourinho? It ruins all the great development they made in the past, they were on their way up to a solid top team in the PL. And then, Mourinho? Sadly in the world of football you can do great work for years, but throw it in the bin by just one year of one absolute nonsense. Goodbye "interesting Tottenham", i enjoyed your way and football in the last years.

My question is with the CL is what happens if a team isn't allowed play due to the virus at all? They can't just be knocked out. So tournament would need to be postponed imo.

Why couldn't they be?

I mean it would be shite. I'd rather the competition be postponed to the likely free spot in the summer or it just be cancelled.

If teams start being knocked out due to zero fault on their own then it'll just ruin the competition. Many wouldn't even recognise the competition. Especially if 2 or 3 teams get locked out this way. Which may or may not happen who knows.

If the Euros gets moved you may aswell postpone games if this happens.

I’ve been wondering this too, especially with the Italian teams.

I think it’s going to get cancelled if it carries on this bad. Or postponed.

You can’t have one team still in the last 8 or 16 stage and other teams off playing later matches.

I mean, already we have two teams(getafe and wolves) who are refusing to travel

So Leipzig in the CL quarter finals then?

You can almost guarantee that the Scoucers will draw them too.

Come on Athletico!
That wouldn't be an easy draw for Liverpool by any stretch. Leipzig are a good team, and playing on the counter would suit them.

Ref reacted well there. Could have been serious if play had continued.
Noticed this too. He stopped play immediately. Well done to him. Another reason why Spanish teams and especcially those lowlife Getafe players should quit their playacting. Good thing this happened in a German vs English team as in that case if you see someone going down you know there's actually something wrong.

Absolutely. Today is the day when Anfield fmyth is busted once and for all.
Is that the myth which has proven itself to be quite true in the last 4 years under Klopp, or another one?

Expecting Atletico to go with a midfield of Koke-Llorente-Partey-Saul. Plenty of graft and defensive help for their full backs. I know Renan has returned to training but maybe they'll keep with Hermoso at left back. It will be a night of defending for them but hopefully they can nick a goal.
