Champions League Round of 16 (14th Feb - 15th Mar)

Vardy is the definition of a gobshite I can't stand him. He has such a bully mentality about him.

Apart from that it would be amazing if Leicester did progress.
Agreed. I think he surpasses Costa as the most detestable player in the league.

I'm unclear what the rules are there, because you never see penalties given for fouls after the shot has been taken. Tackles like that go unpunished all the time.

The rules are that it should be a penalty, it just never gets applied for some bizarre reason.

This has been done to death, BUT if Leicester win the CL and we win the EL then we don't miss out on CL next year right?
Correct. 4th place team (Liverpool or Arsenal) - would miss out

C'mon! They are through, but they can't go any further. At least Chelsea had Lampard, Terry and Drogba, all WC players.

Not sure why this is even being discussed since there's zero percent chance of that happening.

Yes, correct. The winners of CL and EL get through to next season's CL, no exceptions.

Imagine if it would happen, Liverpool finishing 4th in PL, United outside of 4th. Would be so worth it.

Imagine the euphoria of some of the members on here if Spain's 15th best side beat City over 2 legs.
