Sell Thiago for no reason, spend over 200 million on Coutinho and Griezmann, continually hire bad coaches and live in the past when they had players like Xavi and Iniesta that could actually play under pressure. How absolute clowns like Roberto, Lenglet, Vidal et al are at a club of this magnitude is utterly astounding.

So many of these players are not good enough or suite Barca style, it's crazy to see whats happened to them, without Messi and Suarez they are incredibly average

Agreed. I thought that at 2-1. It's the abject defending and wave after wave of attack that looks like it could end with a goal.
That De Jong is a disappointment; looks like another 100m poorly spent. They have no presence in the midfield.

Barca are really lacking pace and width, game could look massively different if they had any sort of pace quality and delivery from wide areas.

They need a whole new defence and midfield. Semedo, Alba, Roberto have all been awful. The only time I’ve seen Vidal is when he’s complaining to the ref.
City are much better than Barcelona. Bayern v City would be far closer than this.
