Modric is still such a classy player.

Anyone who says Modric is better than Xavi needs to watch this match and many more all throughout his career. He gets dominated far too often in midfield battles. That never would happen with Xavi. And yes he alone makes all the difference. Modric is more of a clutch player but how to assert your dominance in the midfield amd some more in a match , he isn’t even fit enough to lace Xavi’s boots.

Is this an argument you come across a lot?

According to BT Sport the stadium is 60-70% Liverpool fans. Liverpool are world famous for their away support. Best in the world. Can't beat them. According to BT Sport.
I still can't believe the pundits stopped talking so we could "enjoy" YAWN.

Casemiro is still shite with the ball. I remember someone laughed at few of us who said he is nothing special few months back.

He's 36.

At 36 Xavi was washed up, emptying sand out of his boots in the desert.

I agree. Was it surprising though? You've got two ex Liverpool legends, Rio who is too classy to be an arsehole, and Jake "I know feck all about sport yet I'm somehow a sports presenter" Humphreys.

That should be a standard yellow. Ref happy to keep his cards in his pocket.

People keep shitting on Kroos, but there's a reason he is starting...so that Camavinga can replace him, shock the Pool midfield and turn the game on it's head.
The problem with that approach is that Liverpool can easily be ahead by 2 goals by the time Camavinga comes in.

They were outplayed in every knockout game

And yet they're in final and the oil trio aren't. They're a team that rely heavily on moments of brilliance and boy do they get those moments in abundance.

Shouldn't the greatest team in the entire history of football be 10 nil up by now?
