You don't have to replace like with like. Would Napoli have the money for Aquilani without selling first?
Possibly, but maybe as Hargreaves replacement? When you're looking for long term Scholes/Giggs replacements, Nasri/Hamsik/Young/Modric between them come closer to replacing some of what we'll lose
