If you scroll to the bottom of the homepage (assuming you're on mobile) you'll either see the poll Niall mentioned or you'll see a poll relating to MOTM in United's last game.
You'll need to vote in or dismiss the MOTM poll (and then a player ratings one) to see the new 4G problems poll.
Cast vote as no and I'm with EE as well. Works fine via WiFi. Only the last couple of days.
As an aside orbot doesn't allow me to access it either even with vpn mode on (using standard Samsung browser).

I am with EE as well and have issues. I can access the site as per normal, but am unable to reply or quote via mobile when not on wifi.
Oh they're terrible for that, they seriously need to fix their capacity. In central London I'd always have full signal but anywhere busy data just wouldn't work. When i called to cancel they even acknowledged they have a problem with it.
Vodafone and EE are better but hardly brilliant. I bought a cheap SIM of each to test them out for a few days.
Anyway as to the thread topic, no problems on Vodafone Italia.
On EE too and i'm having issues . Can view the website and threads but when i click to post/quote the button does nothing also having the same issue with voting in polls, click to vote and nothing happens.

Still having to use a VPN to get round it, which is annoying as it's hammering my battery and other sites block the bloody VPN.
I just can't use the cafe when out and about. Can y'all sort it out?
I was having some problems when the signal strength wasn't particularly strong, also on WiFi. Only just found this thread though.

What's weird is everybody here in this thread hasn't been able to use it on EE. I on the other hand am in the US on ATT and can't. There doesn't seem to be other people like me here...

Seems to be working now.
It is working on HSPA which I think means it will work with 4G but I'll have to confirm that.
