We're better

First goal is important. If we get it we might well paste them 3 or 4 nil. If they get it we'll do well to get a draw.

i agree that the first goal will be vital, but you'll get 3 or 4?

in yer dreams.

Last year they were more of a defensive unit. They are so wobbly at the back now I don't think they can hold on to a lead if they manage to find a half-capable striker to pop one in.

If your lot end up chasing the game rather than sitting on a lead, anything is possible!

I feel the same way - I'm definitely more confident after the Newcastle and Basle games. United will win 3-1

Can't wait for Sunday

C'mon UNITED!!!

And should we be fooled by your performance against Basle?

Or Fulham?

Help me out here.

Or maybe we should take note of the way your defence (the greatest ever ever ever defence ever TM) has seemingly not lived up to it's billing this season.

Sadly, I think we'll lose....

Which will trigger false dawn No. 3,845,612 on Merseyside.

League goals this season:
Ruud 8
Owen 8
Ole 4
Baros 4
Giggs 3
Scholes 4

You've got more to worry about than just Ruud. We just have to keep Mikey in Larry's pocket!

Let battle commence!

:D

Sit back and defend and hope for room on counter attacks. If they do this the best we can hope for is a draw.

If they play their normal brand of football we will beat them 2-0.

In saying that I reckon itll be 2-2 !</strong><hr></blockquote>

So are you saying that Liverpool's 'normal brand of football' is not to sit back and defend, then counterattack?

I'm flattered - a compliment from a Man Utd fan
