Not played it yet but apparently the new map is only 40 players and isntead of gulags you get respawns (4 i think) but to respawn your remaining team mates have to wait out a timer (so presume a bit like a king contract but without the mark on the map). Sounds more like a mini royale type thing they've done before than a new map for Warzone.

Mini royale is shit so that's a bit disappointing. The best thing about WZ is the massive map and huge amount of players. Take that away and it becomes far more generic.
You get guns from Cold War apart from that it seems the same, maybe a little faster I think too..
Oh, and the gulag has changed

Not a fan of this Rebirth Island shit, just feels and plays like a ground war.
Never really felt a change in SBMM with new seasons before but the few games on Verdasnk I've played it feels like it's been reset, got a nice solo duos win but it really felt like a bot lobby at times

What do the Cold War guns handle like in Warzone? I love the AK47 in Cold War, hits like a train.
Land superstore, absolutely wipe everyone and everything moving. 5 kills racked up, bought a loadout and then...I got stuck in the fecking loadout while taking it

Yeah heard the same but not used it, only used the ground loot Mac 11 from Cold War which is actually pretty good, better than the Uzi was. Doubt I'll use any of the new ones for a while as I really can't be fecked playing the shite Cold War to rank any guns up.

Problem is the choppers are kinda tied to a challenge in the event. So will have to be a full fix rather than just removing them
This is good. They obviously removed the (already paid for) double xp tokens from Warzone so people had to buy Cold War to level up the weapons quicker. Reddit and the like booted right off and now they're reinstating them.
Anyone had it when they get a load out and the character / game freezes? On PS5. All d-pad buttons work but triggers and sticks don’t in game but do on the mini map. Disconnecting the controller and reconnecting does nothing. It goes back to normal when you die so you can then compete in gulag and rejoin as if nothing happened.
They'd have to pay me to play that shite.
Managed to get the Mac leveled up in plunder though, just flying round doing supply runs gets you loads of weapon XP somehow. The gun is mental, shreds people way faster than the MP5 does. Seen the DMR looks a bit OP too but not tried it yet.Yes. 4 times now in 2 days. So fecking frustrating.

Had this multiple times on PS4 and PC, it is an absolute joke.
I read somewhere its something to do with crouching whilst getting the loadout but could be bollocks. Mine froze earlier when i was trying to get my loudout but it was when the gas was imminent and it eventually let me carry on after a few seconds.
Rebirth island is good fun and we usually win one fairly quickly with our own team. It's good to start off the evening and warm up a bit before going to the main map.
Has anyone noticed, whether this is true? Played yesterday, but didn't play those weapons. The dev apparently has deleted his tweets.
Yeah, it's unfortunately true. I'm also getting nothing but Cave, Store, and Picadilly maps on MP all day yday aswell.

Does anbody know if you can uninstall Warzone on PS4? I don't really like CoD BR and it probably takes much up much storage. I also don't want to force watch the trailers etc. Just get going with MP when I start the game.
There's a bit in the cod settings that allows you to uninstall specific parts - if you can then it'll be listed there.

Played the new season for the first time yesterday. Pleasantly surprised at how normal everything is(been reading the subreddit, their overreactions are worse than the match day thread). Looking forward to having a few more guns to use.

Had an awful night on wz tonight. Everything just felt off. The guns feel and sound different. The lobbies were ridiculous, and the Mac 10 was the only gun that felt like it did anything. They’ve managed to make the pkm feel like a Bizon or something.
