I've been playing a bit of everything. I'll be on same time as you next week as its my 2-10 shift as well
 
Cruise missle, spawn into feckin bomber thingy, die, spawn in exact same bomber thingy die, spawn cruise missile
 
What the feck is going on tonight? Getting absolutely bummed. Is this because all the kids are using weapons theyve bought through the battle pass skip bullshit?
 
@Slevs only had time for one yesterday but it seems like a great way to lvl up guns, especially if you don’t have multiplayer.

Ill put my PSN up when I get in later if anyone wants to run some games.
 
Levelling guns is far too complicated, seems like it's going to be a complete nightmare to get sorted with meta builds if you only own WZ.

It's pointless now if you're getting blueprints from battle pass anyway, unless you want to get them and upgrade with other parts, but the blueprints are usually a good version of the weapon anyway.
 
I'm on now for some DMZ or Warzone or anything.
 
How's everyone's orion grind going? I've unlocked plat launchers, gold shotguns, gold marksman rifles and currently working on sniper rifles 2/4. Also have a few smgs, an assault, a pistol and a battle rifle. I'm not so keen on the fact that they made the orion camo move super fast. I liked the realism of MW 2019 and really liked damascus.

It isn't really complicated. You just have to level a few guns you probably wouldn't normally use. I see your point however if you only really care about WZ I guess.
 
Tried DMZ. Obviously one of my team mates left the game immediately so it was just me and some guy grabbing stuff and killing AI soldiers? I wasn’t really sure how to switch stuff in my backpack quickly and my team mate was running so far ahead of me. We got in a car and drove towards something and then some actual other players shot us.

Gone back to Ground War for now.

It's the next evolution in trying to force people to buy the MP game, or a load of blueprints. Having to use specific guns I've zero interest in, just to unlock stuff on the guns I want to use, is ridiculous and overly complicated.

Matchmaking a joke.
Weapon levelling and unlock even more of a joke.

Came back after 10 years or so to find the series completely monetised and broken. The free unlocks locked behind illogical grinds, and the majority of good things a paywall despite purchasing the game.

The matchmaking never gives you fun balanced games, it is either 10 year olds or MLG pros. There is no fun in either. Waste of time getting this.

Eh? It's a fair system. You get WZ for free so their is gonna either be a mega grind or microtransactions to git gud.

It's not really overly complicated.
 
Just completed the campaign this morning. I'll probably give online a go during the week

overall the mission quality was good, I enjoyed them. Thought the Graves arc was a good story but the tank mission was a bit cheesy.
 
I was debating whether to buy this or not and discovered there’s basically forced cross play for Xbox and PC users yet on PlayStation you get the option to toggle it on or off. What’s that all about? I really can’t be arsed playing in lobby’s full of PC hackers.

It's all about warzone now, it's completely taken over the multiplayer. I don't personally mind it as I prefer it, but it is annoying for the people that like MP. Suppose its like career mode on fifa, where its just not the mode that makes money.

I've got crossplay on and haven't come across a single hacker yet

You'll have super strong aim assist so it's the PC players who would rather not be with you ;)

Proximity chat in this is hilarious. It's a pretty big advantage to a PC player using discord but you can have some hilarious interactions. Played against someone yesterday who had a soundboard with Shining quotes in it who was trying to hunt me down in a building.
 
Been enjoying dmz a lot with mates. It’s miles better with 2 or especially 3 people you know. Nice change of pace to mp and wz.

Had about 2 minutes to exfil in one game, found a hummer and said “someone must have brought this here”. 5 seconds later a load of fellas pile out a house and I skrrttt off in the only car for miles.

Search and destroy, my team just all ran the same direction every round and got obliterated instead of trying to outflank the other team :lol: makes me feel like I'm not the worst player around, I have some kind of plan atleast
 
Just got killed while jumping out of the plane in Warzone. It was some kind of explosion. Felt like someone cheating tbh. It was the the first chance to jump so it couldn’t have been anyone from the ground.
