Something which has never been outed once and, surely, if they have already found on example of corrupt officiating and done their job to eradicate said official, they would surely be wondering just how many more officials are up to no good, yet at the same time, instead of spilling the beans, or just one person thinking "feck this, I need to say something", they carry on pumping millions of pounds into the club knowing full well they could still get fecked over.
