Bluemoon goes into Meltdown

I'm genuinely surprised that there were city fans crying after the result. They're still going to win the league but they're sobbing because we beat them in one game? It's like a whole fan base of ABUs rather than a fan base that actually wants to succeed for the clubs sake.

The scenes of them crying are absolutely pathetic. Shows they care more about getting one over us than winning the league.

Their logo should say "Manchester City, forever in United's shadow", right next to the three stars on their shirts. Absolute pathetic joke of a club.

It's a derby and they'd live forever on the fact that they beat us for the title and our fans had to watch them celebrate it.

That chance might not come up again. It meant more to them than the Aguero moment did.

That sh*t house of a club is nothing more than a local slag that won the lottery and thought that major boob and face surgery could give it some self-worth and appeal but the money only served to make it even uglier. No matter how much it spends it can't erase the memories of being fecked by everyone north, south, east and west over the many, many decades of its worthless existence.

Shout out to bluemoon

 damn dude, that's harsh

You don’t like them then

It is so funny really. Their chance to parade the trophy and have a party in front of us with the world watching. Instead = tears.

Very sweet! :p

Just popped over there for some sunday morning satisfaction, while sipping some nice hot Alta Rica.

I think Pep plays sterling out of chaos theory - you really don't know, and even sterling doesn't know how it will go. What you do know is that you wouldn't put money on him hitting a farmstead never mind the barn door.

I feel exactly the same mate. In the car with the family on the way to skegness for a few days and im in a right f**kin mood with pep guardiola and mcfc

Feels like the rest of the season is a bit of an anti climax now. Fed up and just want it over. Maybe I'll feel different in a few days. We have been humiliated twice now by the two biggest scum clubs in the league who will still be laughing at us when we eventually stumble over the line.
We now go into this match against the mickey mousers with our heads down having blown our chance to win the league against our biggest rivals.

Lovely stuff!

I’ve honestly not felt this bad about City since we last got relegated. This is hard to take, very f**king hard!

Can’t believe the total capitulation that happened. I said after the game on Wednesday that every one of them had gone down in my estimations, well, after yesterday they’ve lost me a bit that team. I don’t feel the same about them as I did.

Very fecking hard to take!

To me (don’t give a shit that many will say I’m overreacting), it doesn’t matter what goes on before if you make f**k ups like the last week, when it’s really mattered, it sours the whole season for me!

We may very well go on to win the league but all this shit we’ve been spouting about breaking records and being the best team in Premier League history has gone out of the window. I’m sure I’ll get over it and feel better about it but this is a bad one... furious!

I expect both Liverpool and Spurs to do them. They're not going to win it till Swansea in two weeks times.

 I agree, but most of their fans won’t remeber the decades of being fecked by everyone as they’ve only been supporting them since 08 :D

They are so obsessed with us it's scary. All most of them care about was winning the league against us and dubbing it the greatest day in their history. As an United fan if our situations were switched around I couldn't give two fecks about losing to them once we were guaranteed the league.

Away end were singing you fecked it up on derby day at final whistle.
United fans put their own twist on Blue Moon after City blew a 3-1 lead in the 1990/91 Maine Road derby and Howard Kendall walked out a couple of weeks later.

The song went:

'Blue Moon,
' You started singing too soon,
'You thought you'd beat us 3-1,
' Now Howard Kendall is gone.'

Maybe we could somehow adapt that to yesterday's result?

I Read a bit of bluemoon it’s clear to see yesterday means more to them then a cup game v Liverpool. They’re holding Pep responsible for his team selection yet they could have been 5-0 at half time. Neville also wasn’t accepting the blaming Pep thing he just mentioned when he was playing fergie would have definitely rotated if he was in same position. Back then I guess if he rotated we still would have won. It’s makes it all the sweeter that we beat them knowing it meant so much to them.

'mickey mouser' has been used as rhyming slang for scouser in the past, often by united and City fans. Don't think the poster is suggesting they're a nothing club.

Can we make a song up that we beat them knowing that they’ve already beaten at home and they’ll probably win the league in the same season by double digits?

I can't understand how a fan base who say they've been through so much, can be so soft.

The difference in mentality is crazy, in how the two clubs act.
If the roles were reversed yesterday, our fans (and this forum) would be disappointed and pssed with the players but the overall vibe would be:
"Lads, we've walked the league, we'll just have to win it next weekend instead, let them have their Cup Final and their moment of bragging - it doesn't disguise the fact that we've made a mockery of them all season."

With City, they're absolutely livid that they didn't get to publicly get one over on us. It's all about 'doing United' for them, not being a great team and winning trophies!

Yeah but the difference is we are talking about a club who have been in our shadow for so long. Realistically if it wasn’t for us do we really think they would even have what they have today? It’s the fact that they are a Manchester club which has given them the ability to do this so they will always strive to try to be better than us and it will always hurt when they fall short.

1st half - beautiful.
2nd half - let down

Mirrored the game really

Shame some of our fans lost it. Sat in the family stand and fights were breaking out, seats being battered, grown men picking on teenagers. Frustrations understandable but some of the fans around me acted like Scousers I'm sorry to say. Just compounded a horrendous evening.

As a small time mentality club they did what you'd expect them to.

What they should have done is play a proper reserve side of mainly kids. If they'd have won they'd have been able to laugh at us for decades. If they'd lost or dawn then they had the 'bigger fish to fry' excuse knowing they will wrap the title up in the next two weeks anyway.

I actually think the dog shit performance they put in at Anfield was partly due to having the Derby as a higher priority than the QF. The comments of many of their fans seem to suggest so.

This week has been difficult to say the least.

I`m regretting investing so much energy and emotion to the extent that its taken over everything I`ve done for since Wednesday. In a lifetime of watching City I`m used to the roller coaster of that being a City supporter ( I remember Poyser!) but this seems different.

Not since I watched Lee , Marsh et al walking of the pitch at Wembley after losing to Wolves laughing and joking whereas i was in tears , have I felt so distant from the club.

I read Pep has said we had nothing to complain about ,.... really Pep ?

So coming to the point ....

Whats the point in attending games which have been pre determined as low er priority ? please let me know in future and I`ll prioritise my attendance. My pounds are 100% I expect 100% in return.

I`ve so much to say but keep coming back to the realisation that we have become feckin irrelevant to the hierarchy so whats the point ?

Young lad on left hand side is a tower of maturity, he’s raising a knowing finger going “hang on you feckheads it hasn’t gone in yet”
 He looks like he is looking in a completely different direction to the rest of them.

The blonde one just got time warped there and has no clue where she is.

She was definitely heading for the exit and saw absolutely nothing
