If I had to pick one from the Sopranos for this thread:
I could easily name dozens of scenes from Nathan For You, but the dog part gets me every time:
I can't watch this scene without cracking up everytime:

All Banshee fight scenes
Almost every episode of Mr Inbetween had a great scene but this one always amused me.
And the shootout in the final episode was great, especially given the negligible budget.
And right at the end where Ray has retired and tries to go straight and live the quite life as a cab driver, this scene shows how to absolutely plant the landing. Nobody escapes their nature.

I always thought this was fantastic. Not necessarily the scene itself even though it's good and excellently done, but more so the effect it has on most of the audience watching it. Great stuff.
Mr. Robot was a terrific show, not sure it makes a top 10 list but that's a top moment for me. A lot of the Breaking Bad ones etc have already been posted.
