Best transfer window ever?

Time will tell but I think it's gone as well as it could, especially as Berrada and Ashworth didn't even start until July. INEOS said they couldn't fix everything in one window and they're right. It would have been unrealistic to have expected them too. But we strengthened positions we needed with players of a good age profile. It would also have been tricky to have shifted everyone we wanted rid of but I think we've done really well with outgoings too - a lot of deadwood has gone. We also didn't go scattergun and sign any player just because they happened to be available. Seems like we're finally seeing a strategy and sensible thinking.

A very good start and something to work on, hopefully with some wiggle room in January too if a target becomes available.

So we are gonna roll with:

Hojlund/Zirkzee
Garnacho/Rashford Bruno/Mount/Eriksen Antony/Amad
Casemiro/Ugarte/Mainoo/Collyer?/Sekou Kone?
Shaw/Malacia Lindelöf/Maguire/Martinez De Ligt/Yoro Mazraoui/Dalot
Onana/Altay

Ideally would have had another midfielder, but the Collyer/Kone someone of them has a decent chance to show what they can do already.
I think Collyer will be ready to step up.
