in my opinion the best three live albums are:

1) Queen live killers

in particular i love the way they played "I'm In Love With My Car" and "Bohemian Rapsody"

2) AC/DC "If you want blood you got it"

"whole lotta rosie" never sound better

3) Supertramp "Paris"

"dreamer" makes my ass pubes shiver

disregarding how good the band is normally:

Pulse- Floyd

Hullaballoooooo - muse

How the west was won - Led zep.

But im pretty ignorant of "live" albums

Not big on live albums usually but here are some I like:

Johnny Cash - At Folsom Prison
Neil Young - Live Rust
Pixies - At The BBC (Only live album I've listened to that sounds better than the studio version)

the only other live albums that I listen to regularly and havent been mentioned already:

Live!: Bob Marley and The Wailers
Keep Bangin' On The Walls: Asian Dub Foundation
Live From Mars: Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals

For some reason my favourite bands never release live albums. Well, some of them do, but they sound exactly like their regular albums and aren't called live albums. Like this piece of awesomeness by Hototogisu:
