I've long since given up trying to decide which of Barat or Doherty was the songwriting talent behind the Libertines. Since they've split, they've released mediocre stuff, with Doherty slightly better.

A couple of gems on in, but i think the 1st Shambles album is much better.

That came out in 2006 but I agree it's a fantastic album.

On the subject of Radiohead, looks as though they'll be doing Glasto this year, they've said they want the gig and Eavis is a huge fan so I can see no other outcome really. Gonna try to get some tickets this year I think, I've always said I'd go but never have.
Yeah i'd say they were pretty much odds-on for Glasto. Watched them on the tv last time they headlined, impressive stuff indeed. I might go myself, depends if I can get time off

i really enjoyed the Manic Street Preachers album Send Away The Tigers (i think that was 2007) also Hard-Fi's Once upon a time in the West.
In the next spring (maybe)
