Possibly but purely hypothetical.
Imagine if Ted Williams hadn't given up 4.5 years of his prime to fight in two wars. He'd own nearly every hitting record in the sport. I reckon he lost about 800-900 hits, 150-200 doubles, 150-200 homeruns, 550-650 rbis, 500-600 runs scored, and 600-700 walks. Factor those numbers in and you get over 2400 runs scored, around 3500 hits, around 700 doubles and homeruns, over 2500 rbis, and over 2600 walks. Purely hypothetical, but Ted did achieve all of his success in MLB where as Gibson was in a separate league. Gibson probably would have dominated MLB, but not sure if he surpasses Ruth's homerun total.
