Havn't seen his entire injury record but he was out for a while with an ankle injury. Apart from that I don't think he's had any problems this year.
That’s not bad then. Cheers.

I blame the thread being in a forum called "Villa Talk". I hovered over the tab to try and make sure I was getting it right and only noticed the first "Villa Talk" and not the "VillaTalk" at the end
SOLSKJAER EXCITED FOR TUANZEBE'S RETURN
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is relishing the chance to work with one of the club's brightest young prospects when his Manchester United squad reassemble after the summer break.
Young defender Axel Tuanzebe has spent the full season on loan to Aston Villa in the Championship and is preparing for what could be his last appearance - or two - in the claret and blue shirt as they take on West Bromwich Albion in the play-off semi-final second leg on Tuesday night; a Wembley clash with Derby County or Leeds United on 27 May is at stake.
In his final interview of the campaign - which you can read on Tuesday - Solskjaer shares his thoughts on the future of Tuanzebe and another United Academy graduate who has enjoyed an impressive spell away from the club, Dean Henderson. The goalkeeper starred as his loan club, Sheffield United, secured automatic promotion to the Premier League at the end of last month.
“Hopefully, now Axel can get to the play-off final and play well,” says the boss.
“Obviously, he’s had a couple of injuries, but he’s a boy I can’t wait to see in pre-season for us.”
Tuanzebe has previously made eight senior appearances for the Reds, the last of which came in a 2-0 win over Everton in January 2018. He subsequently joined Villa on loan for the latter stages of last season and played a handful of games before the Midlands outfit reached the play-offs and suffered heartbreak, losing 1-0 to Fulham in the final.
In this campaign, the Congo-born defender has played a huge role for Villa, becoming a regular in Dean Smith’s side and formed a formidable centre-back partnership with Tyrone Mings. Despite suffering a foot injury which kept him out for several weeks, he has made 28 appearances in all competitions and is now hoping to round that up to 30 with Villa leading 2-1 from the first leg at West Brom.

Well if Ole likes Lindeolf he'll love Tuanzebe!

Can't blame Ole. He reminds me of young Rio. Quick and clean, with smooth passing.Going by his latest interview, Ole rates him highly. He should be part of the team next season.
Going to pens.Did he get injured right at the end? Noticed he was substituted
Going to pens.
He was also limping.
He was terrible today. Haven't watched him for Villa before the playoffs so I hope it's a one off.
I haven't seen enough of Gomez to say. But @Raees is of the opinion that Axel will be our equivalent to Gomez. How do we think he rates compared to another young CB say Gomez at liverpool?

This is why I hated the idea of giving Jones that contract. It would have opened up a spot for Tuanzebe.A Premier League loan is probably going to be best for him next year, especially to Villa. Although there’s always the risk they might look to buy in that position.
If we buy a centre back and keep Jones and Smalling, he’s going to be 5th choice. Ole has already shown that he’s happy to stick with underperforming older players in key positions. It’s easy to stick Chong on the right wing, but he didn’t start Gomes or Garner in midfield for the last game.
He's a man-mountain now. When did he get this big? It wasnt long ago I thought he needed to bulk up if he was going up against the big boys.
Reminds me of a Paul McGrath.
Only watched from the 35th minute on but he wasn't terrible after that point anyway. If anything it was hard to judge him because West Brom were so toothless going forward. Did he make mistakes early on, why was he terrible?
I''d like to see some examples of him shirking away from aerial duels. I've Been following his progress for some time now and i've never seen anything to validate the Villa fans you're referring to.According to Villa fans he is poor in heading the ball and they haven't seen a CB who shrinks away form aerial duels like Tuanzebe. He should improve on that to have good career going by Villa fans.

I have friends from Birmingham who support Villa and i've never heard them say he shirks aerial challenges.Well I would go with the fans who watch the player's every min rather than the youtube videos which shows highlights or just good points. If the player shrink away from challenge, it won't make the performance video as there will be no involvement.

There was question marks over his ability to win aerial duels which was a weakness. But to say he shirks aerial challenges is not true.Go to Villatalk forum and they talk about it, that he needs to improve his heading and he shrinks away from aerial duels and it's surprising for a CB.

I know plenty of Villa fans and have never heard he 'shirks aerial challenges'. Villa fans who are season ticket holders too.Whom should I believe? A Villa fan who watches every min of their game or a ManUtd fan who might have watched few games?
