Australia vs Ingerlund (ODI)

Kevin Pieterson is OUT for the rest of the One Day Series with a fractured rib.

I don't wish injury on someone but I can't help but feel somewhat relieved the only Englishman in any form is gone.

Yea it looked a real painful blow and best wishes to him. However as a proud supporter of the black caps I must admit I feel relieved also that your only really decent one day batsman at the moment is out for the series.

Sado masochism….

Fractured rib? He’ll be out for the world cup too. Didn’t he have a chest guard on? McGrath doesn’t bowl THAT quick any more.
????????

To make this Ozzie tour a complete success, all we need now is our best bowler, Flinthoff, to damage his knee or summink. Hooray!

Clarke and Andeson having a bit of a sledge at eachother.

2/201. 42 to get off 80 balls.

Sorry, I didn't see it. :wenger:

When I looked i was searching for a big Australia vs England ODI.

You can use yours next game.

Didn't know. Didn't know that about Clark either. Half our football team's parents are Croatian/Italian, etc.

******gwood doing a little ball jugling there, nice to see he's got his mind on the task.

Listen to de sweet talk of a true Trini male,
*** could win de heart of any Trini female.
And every spectator does turn a coach at a cricket or football match.
Shouting out advice for bad play or dropping a catch.
Man we know how to talk before we could creep.
We could out talk all odders in one clean sweep.
A Trini who cah talk will laugh instead.
And if he cah do ***, he better off dead.

I saw it hit. It was over 140kms/hr when it left McGraths hand so it was still probably above 120kms/hr when it hit. What is that in real money? About 80mph?

McGarth doesn bowl anywhere near 140km/ph. Usually around 125 km/ph to the bounce. I'd say around 75-78 mph. (Although, I haven;t see then the delivery)

yeah, but how fast does McGrath bowl?

cobber.

Well I saw the delivery and although it wasn't that fast it hit in him square in the ribs, causing him to imediately fall to the ground in pain

You should be used to it by now! :(

Maybe so, we'll have a better idea of our place in the one-day cricket world after we face the Kiwis on Tuesday.

I think i heard that they are something like 3rd in the current rankings, whereas we have Bangladesh and Zimbabwe keeping us from the bottom. New Zealand might have a couple of injuries themselves but England can barely function at the minute, so....

Here we are with a World Cup a few short months away too.

Things will turn for us eventually though. :)

where's KK to kiss it better?

could be a blessing in disguise tbh. might force a few others to wake up and stop relying on him.

England are a worse one day side than test side, so the start did not matter, the middle did not matter because we all knew the end would be an Australian win.
