The 'regulars' section makes for amusing reading!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ArsenalFanTV

  • Claudio "Claude" Callegari: a gravelly-voiced, outspoken critic of Arsene Wenger who frequently flies into rages, especially upon hearing the 'positive' side of things from his erstwhile rival, Ty, with whom he is often interviewed.[9]
  • Ty: a diminutive, bespectacled supporter who is usually covered head-to-toe in Arsenal regalia, Ty, unlike Claude, is seen as very optimistic or "positive." Ty has constantly defended Wenger despite facing growing opposition from supporters, who find many of his explanations nonsensical, if not actively damaging to the club and its fanbase.
:lol::lol:

However much people want to laugh at him, Claude is three-quarters of this place in the dark times, the time of moyes.

He has a right to be angry and annoyed, and if he makes a few quid out of it good for him.

Same with troopz and even ty, who loves the club in his own (special) way.

DT though, he seems to think hes actually a famous star now. It will end badly.

It's getting repetitive. Those guys feel they're celebrities now and are just trying to act for the camera as their on screen personas.

Always quite liked Lee myself. Seems like relatively sensible down-to-earth kind of a guy who would be good to have a pint with.

He's a head job if ever there's been one that Claude.

Facking this and facking that when there's kids within ear shot, give a rest you melt.

DT in contradicting himself shocker

Best one was last season (can't even remember which match it was) when his pre-match video was '3-0 win, fecking easy' or something to that effect.

Post-match interview with Robbie after they lost 2-0 or 3-0: 'I told you...I don't want to be right all the time Robbie.'

Such an immature twat.

I think I know what you're talking about, Robbie even says to him "you said we were going to lose"

Loves Arsenal so much, he vlogs during the matches. Couldnt get the phone out quick enough when Liverpool were on the attack the other day.

The trouble with FAM TV is they need new characters. Everyone is starting get tired of Claude/Ty/DT/Troopz etc.

Ty needs to do a U-turn. That's the only milage left in the original Arsenal Fan crew. He might get in the million views if Ty suddenly calls Wenger a cnut.

The new bald bloke who comes on the channel is good. And he's less of a ranting looney and actually quite interesting.

So the AFTV crew have made their own personalised jackets now? Robbie is clearly making a lot of money out of this

I don't even watch Troopz's videos -- they're a broken record and highly annoying. DT is an attention whore and a poor actor.

Claude and TY, however, never get old to me. Claude's mood swings wildly, his rants are usually pretty unique, and it's always gold when he blows up at Ty -- you get the sense that he doesn't have any self-promotional agenda. Ty is a disaster, a walking caricature of a deluded superfan (who must have hit his head pretty hard walking out of the club shop, as he's clearly not all there).

Trouble with Claude and Ty is they are still nearly as predictable as Troopz and DT. With Claude its all about the soured milk analogy with Wenger and Ty is always making excuses for Arsene. Personally I find the likes of Kelechi and Mo a bit more interesting these days.

They should do a reality TV, I feel myself empathizing with Claude and worrying about his health.

So have I. Didn't he go missing a year or two ago? He genuinely looks like he's about to cry during the last 15 seconds of the clip outside Emirates yesterday.

Moh Haider: is an Arsenal supporter who works in the finance industry. He is known for saying "don't talk about spend, talk about net spend"

Eh he's only made ~3 direct sour milk / expiry references. Agreed that he predictably prefaces everything with "he's done a lot in the past," but beyond that he's an unpredictable powder keg. Ty is funny because he's so predictable -- doesn't matter if they lose 10-2 on aggregate, he's positive and inventing new mental gymnastics to remain so.

Kelechi is in the DT bracket for me -- he sounds too rehearsed and camera-hungry. Mo is great though.

The longer I've followed DT on AFTV and Twitter, the more I've thought he's a complete child and a bit of an arse.

Ty is a don. I respect him being wenger's ride or die chick. Also, he's at every game draped in full arsenal everything looking very extravagant.

They would be best off not having characters anymore. He does a dozen or so videos after a game - three or four get 100k+ and the rest scratch around 30k. But its the ones whose names we don't know and aren't regulars who are worth listening to rather than laughing at.

Robbie has to decide whether he wants the channel to be a comedy show or a legitimate outlet for fans to discuss Arsenal. If he wants it to be a comedy show then he should find another 3-4 posters with similar quirks to Claude/Ty/DT/Troopz etc. If he wants it to be a real fan discussion channel, then start interviewing more random people and less of the known ranters.

True, but it's a bit embarrassing for us mature football fans when a club shop dresses as a supporter.

Tbf to Robbie he does do discussion videos outside of matches and speak to different people. However he has allowed their fanbase to be represented by caricatures. It's like that Andy Tate nonsense. Claude and Ty are like stale milk now. DT and Troopz leeched off their following to make their own channels. Moh and Kelechi treat it like a stage performance.

The guy who initially got them viral doesn't appear often. When he does it's more interesting to listen to than the same old tired bollocks the aforementioned spout. Less is more.

He does do videos outside of match day, but unfortunately many of them involve the usual suspects. Its like Robbie's new sponsor (Ladbrokes) wants him to use his stars so they get more exposure when he uploads videos with the usual suspects. Interviewing randomers obviously gets him less money.

He does interviews with other people after the game its just they get less views because they're not the usual characters. If he puts (rant) in the title it might get some extra clicks but most people are going to watch the looneys, myself included.

This is why I say bring back Deluded Chris! His smug face and delusion wound up the likes of DT which was great.

DT can't even look people in the eye. Well done Robbie calling him on his hypocrisy.

I didn't notice the eye contact aspect. When did Robbie call him out?

Edit: Apologies. I take you were meaning the reference above to DT originally predicting an easy win and then making out he had said they would lose when they ultimately did.

The last video above. DT has a go at Chris, but can't look at him. DT calls him out for having a dig at the Wenger out brigade (why is it some of their fans can't even pronounce their manager's name properly?) and Robbie says, "like what you're doing to him now?'

I see that now. Thanks.

Mo "Man United, ex-great club" Haider is shockingly boring. He thinks he's got a touch of the analytical, middle-class (wossat?), not your typical yobbo, wannabe Garth Crooks about him, but he's just dull.

Will forever be Mr. Net-Spend. Another piss-poor excuse.

ATTACK OF THE MOANS.
