They are a decent band who have had an enormous amount of hype; but their second album showed that they do have talent. For me, they sound a bit more fresh than the other indie bands.

great band, great tunes, obviously not everyone is going to be to every other persons taste, but personally i think there great and both there albums have been excellent.

Seconded. They do have some quality songs, but they dont even write their own lyrics. (They allegedly co-write, but probably have nothing to do with lyrics)

This statement of yours is absolute bollocks it is completely untrue.
Writing credits for their second album goes to Alex Turner (lead singer) apart from two song where Bennet/McClure co write respectively with Alex.
So, in future go write your bullshit, unfactual remarks somewhere else please.
