Just bored and want a decent film to watch. Thriller/Spy or anything similar of that sort. Horror wouldn't be bad either.

But, the movie has to have been released from the turn of the century though. I find the old movies rather boring if they are anything to do with Thriller/Horror type etc.

So, any recommendations?

As someone said 7 is great.

Liked Law Abiding Citizen as well....except the end.

Seven
Silence of the Lambs
Zodiac
The Prestige
L.A. Confidential
The Game
The Fly
A History of Violence
Heat
Collateral
The Insider

All good thrillers as opposed to Midnight Crap Train

Keep that sort of thing to yourself young man.

Just seen the movie, but i didn't want it to end like that. Why were they doing it? What were those things feeding on the humans? The ending might have put a lot of people off.

I have seen it. It was ok. It's based on a Clive Barker story.

The Conversation
The Lives of Others
Hidden

Fargo
Reservoir Dogs
American History X

Not sure you can classify these as out and out thrillers, but they're all enthralling.

Tell No One is very good.
Nine Queens is excellent.
Taken is surprisingly good.
Shutter Island is again surprisingly good (B Movie-ish).
The Ghost isn't bad.

OP, The Chaser and Thirst are both brilliant also.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
The Girl Who played with Fire
The Girl who kicked the Hornets Nest

The first one was surprisingly good. The second not so much (still decent). Haven't seen the third.

It'll be interesting to see what David Fincher does with the American version of the first.

I think being in Swedish is part of the mystique.

Noomi Rapace and Michael Nyqvist play fantastic parts.

I watched Man on fire the other day. It was pretty good.
