Any news on Champions Elect/Gaudi?

Another one...

Why's that then micky?

A cnut period?

Sounds messy, but strangely apt. It does seem as if JVS bleeds all over the message board.

Wrong again there Charlie...

I think Micky is just like you... a bit of a newbie who's making alot of baseless deductions...

You two mates?

Why?

you have to ask?

catch on to yourself man. your response to the sentiment of this thread is frankly appalling. The fact that it isn't in the general forum is so irrelevant it begs the question, what is important to you?

And thats a rhetorical question BTW.

I said I wouldn't have to wait long. That would be "a lot" rather than alot. This is fun, grammar man.

The are two types of really annoying people on internet forums. The type who get anal about which forum you post in, and those that think because they've posted a lot of crap, they are in some way superior.
Sadly, it would seem you are both.

Seriously, the grammar thing is really desperate...

I'd leave it if I was you...

Yeah, desperate. That's why you brought it up in the first place, right?

What a surprise...

Except for the fact that I'm right.

This is exciting stuff. Why don't we try and sell the movie rights?

Well if you say so it must be true...

That's a good idea. We can call it Scousers from Koptalk show caring side on Redcafe...

Good idea. Turn the whole of Red Cafe into a movie.

Casting should be fun.

I presuming you don't work as a screenplay writer then? I think we'll need somegthing more catchy.
The Scouse Patient?

Bored of the Rings. The story of one man's (as yet uncast) reintroduction to heterosexual society.

This thread was started over concerns over one of the posters here, who sadly has cancer. Whatever some people think the motivation was behind it, we shouldn't forget that.

If people dont like that they can feck off.

Even though I don't "know" CE, so what. Is it wrong to wish someone who has cancer the best of luck and a speedy recovery?

Instead of posting comments on CE and his well being, this thread has degenerated into a slanging match, without even a thought for Championselect.

Shame on you.

I don't, no...

I think we need something relevant to the invasion of scousers here...

Nightmare on Lime Street?

I think CE would appreciate the way things turned out. The 99 per cent support I mean.

If you are hinting at me by the 1% I think you're just making an awful deduction...

I'd suspect i know quite a bit about cancer and the pain of getting through it, probably more than most people on this forum...

I don't think Gaudi would have appreciated the weeks on end when his name wasn't even mentioned on these internet forums... in fact, I doubt he gives (or gave) a toss simply because family and friends become the priority...

It would be far more appropriate for people as fellow forumites to not join the fashionable 'Awwwww, it's so sad brigade' and post a thread every couple of months asking where he is... All that does is indicate it's an on-off thing where you remember every month or two and ask it as a passing question...

Just keep it in the back of your mind and remember it can affect any one of us, anytime...

If you know him, then be there... if not, your sad faces will not be providing much support, I assure you of that...

You presume a lot JSV. Your post is littered with "I knows" when in fact you don't know any such thing.

If you don't like someone posting about CE, don't respond. Its that simple.

Do not, however, tell the rest of us how to respond.

I find your first comment very presumptuous... Do you know me or have a clue what i'm basing my I knows on?

Your responses are quite pathetic in fact... It's up to you though, fair enough... Maybe my past experience has had an effect on me and given me some strong feelings on it...

One thing is for sure though.... If you think posting lots of sad faces would make a cancer sufferer with not long to live feel better, you are oh so mistaken...

How about acting normally, having a laugh, talking about United, taking the piss... I'd imagine that's why people come to forums in the first place...

But once, again 2B, your arrogant and frankly quite simpleton view on this whole thing is just so indictive of your hopelessness regarding cancer...

Carry on posting sad faces if you want though...

OMFG, you're thicker than I thought...

What did you read into my post?

Good Job Hunting?

ET - European Trophies (That's four European Cups and three UEFA for anyone that hasn't heard the post match interview history lessons from Phil Thomson.)
Little scouse ET has been stranded in London and neds to join his mates for the trip to Germany.

Scene 1: ET, looking shifty: "Can I borrow 20 pence to phone home, la?"

Davo, I was accused of not really giving a shit about a cancer sufferer..

I have only tried to show the people in question why that is not the case...

going back to the point of the original topic (i.e. not gloryfan JSV's self importance thread), hope the lad (Champions Elect) is fighting as hard as he can and I hope he makes his dream of going to see the red shirted heroes again soon

My Uncle lost his life to cancer and is now with our boys (Busby, Edwards...) in heaven playing the beautiful game and talking about his love for the shirts I expect. He was/is a top red and is much missed.
