Doom-monger obsessed with Herrera & the M.E.N.
Looks like he has been sent off for something.
Maybe not. But undeniably moronic.Seems like even when you leave United the only refs still feck you. Never a red in a million years
Great newsAntony a god in Spain at the minute, it's a joke.
Motm beating real Madrid
Hopefully get a good fee

No assist or goal but was dangerous and always runningDid he play well?
Good for him, hope to carries on doing well.No assist or goal but was dangerous and always running
Where’d he play though, WB and AM are the only positions he could potentially play and he’s not a specialist in either. If he keeps this up I really do think he'll be back in the fold at United. This isn't a Rashford or Sancho situation where the player was frozen out.

Amorim prefers his WB to essentially be wingers. So he could play that, but I don’t think he has the explosiveness for this league regardless.Where’d he play though, WB and AM are the only positions he could potentially play and he’s not a specialist in either.
Agreed, he just doesn’t suit it, especially in a struggling side.Amorim prefers his WB to essentially be wingers. So he could play that, but I don’t think he has the explosiveness for this league regardless.
As long as the buying club doesn't care or overlooks this fact, who cares? I am happy for him, and hope we can get a good amount of cash.Guys. He still can’t kick the ball with his right foot.

Real Betis fans have fallen in love with him after his strong start over there (several goals & a few assists in his first six games), they are already calling for him to be signed on a permanent basis. I hope it happens but if it does, Betis will likely have to break their transfer record, which is currently around 30 million or so.
I read somewhere that the fee would be 41m. I'd take that. I know it cost double to get him but better to get half the money that was spent to get him than have him unhappy and rotting away on the bench.Real Betis fans have fallen in love with him after his strong start over there (several goals & a few assists in his first six games), they are already calling for him to be signed on a permanent basis. I too would take that. He is very unlikely to ever make it in the PL, so it would be the best option for everyone.I read somewhere that the fee would be 41m. I'd take that. Absolutely. Problem is, I think at times when United have signed players for massive fees they are reluctant in offloading them for cheap but I think they are going to have to just the loss for a few windows and finally get the right type of player in that is able to play in style of play we want.I too would take that. There's no chance we'd get anywhere near that for him. Outside the top 3 in Spain they haven't spent more than €20m for years.I read somewhere that the fee would be 41m. I'd take that. He wasn't frozen out of the squad, but it definitely felt like he was deliberately being used as little as possible to encourage him to leave. The three times he got subbed on at RWB he did quite well and our entire right side attack instantly looked better (he and Amad combining rather than Amad having to try to do everything himself), so it was strange he didn't get more time there. If he keeps this up I really do think he'll be back in the fold at United. Similar issue with Memphis. Both tried hard but just couldn’t make the step up physically.Happy for him, never had any issues with his application, he always put in the effort.
It's clear he does probably lack that extra yard of pace to make it in the prem, I think
I mean he was accused of assaulting his former girlfriend. I want Antony to do well on his loan too (so we can sell him), but it could be he's a much worse person than most of the "divas" we'd had to suffer from.Same. Jokes aside I much rather see someone do well who wasn't a diva cnt while they re here or on their way out, than someone who was.
The comments about the strength of the league are always a bit bizarre to me.
The Spanish teams usually beat the English teams in European competition.
La liga has a very small group of elite teams and then the drop off comes quick. Years of uneven tv money splitting and gradual poaching of players has taken its toll. A league can have the best team in it but still be a weak league. The comments about the strength of the league are always a bit bizarre to me.
