Concerning that tweet by that guy, 'FFP helped Man Utd do this deal', isn't that something the club should take pride in? The fact we're well run and have finances that comply with applicable regulations is meant to be bad somehow?

So Ed Messi in too. Just Vidal to go.

It's not true anyways, but he's saying it to say that United were his back up and PSG couldn't afford him. Which is bollocks as everyone else is saying he only had eyes on us once we became interested.

It does put us in a good light. Though Castles has never said anything positive about United in the past. The guy is a cnut.

It's fair to assume that we'll end up with a variant of 4-3-3. It's always been his preferred formation but as he stated he needed to find a system to fit his better players to begin with. With more quality players, I think the system will take priority over fitting players in.

I would drop Rooney or RVP for united to play 433/4231, heck play 433 4231 even if it meant playing Rooney on the left mata off di Maria Rooney and RVP

?? ??
Di Maria mata Rooney
RVP

He's just a pissy gobshite who spouts shit at any oppurtunity given.

Happy enough with this and intrigued where LVG plans to fit him and what formation.

As i said before Overpriced but meh hope he is worth it. Agree with whoever said should expect 30/35 goals + Assists for that fee.

Now really need a quality CM signing.

Shot in the dark, Sults? Or pieced together what did seem like a child's puzzle after PSG's reported FFP problems?

Nah, what I meant was when he called it, it became a reality and snowballed from there.
It was a simple puzzle, mate. Rojo finally making it too obvious.

Castles is just Biased, Jackson on the other hand is contradictory every hour.
Castles is not stupid, the more he goes against the general consensus of a transfer to man utd, the more clicks he will get from desperate United fans clicking on his page.

let me adjust that

Herrera Vidal

Di Maria mata Rooney
RVP

How is it not true? It's true PSG were trying to sign him all summer and were looking into all legal avenues to do so, that's absolutely true. They just couldn't make it work in the end given their sanctions at the moment. Which doesn't mean Di Maria isn't very happy coming to Utd, probably.

Yeah I don't know anything about this guy, just reacting to that tweet.

Amazing signing. Can't wait for Saturday.

Also, wait for rival fans to claim it was 75million despite literally everyone saying otherwise.

Don't think Di Maria knows any English, at least he didn't really have any reason to learn English in the past. Rojo and Di Maria will most likely be tutored together. :)

The point that we're a back up for him, everyone else is saying that he only wanted United once we became interested and preferred us to PSG. PSG probably would have signed him earlier if they could have, true, but if we also went for him then, we'd probably beat them.

They speak Spanish in Argentina so they will probably join De Gea/Mata/Herrera/Chico

Fair play to Guillem Balague, he was spot on with this, just like the Mata deal. He gets a bad rep on here, but I don't think he's that bad.
Certainly more reliable on his calls than his British counterparts.

Hopefully we can say the same about Tancredi and the info for he's sharing about a certain Chilean

Holy shit it wasn't 80 kajilliiiiiiiiiion? The Mail were lying!

In addition I also expect him to push DDG to the bench, and revolutionize the game by finally introducing the concept of "flying goalie" in the professional game, and keep at least 25 clean sheets this season.

Is Castles still working for that paper in Abu Dhabi?

He works for the Sunday Times (and Goal).

I'd be sceptical of banning him, he's clearly a real journalist even if he is a cnut, that Rafael Hernandez guy is also a massive ABU and hiss tweets get posted constantly.

Happy with this signing, but we still need a hard bastard for the midfield.
