Pereira @AndreasPePe10 is a Brazilian-born Belgian youth international midfielder, and at 15 was wanted by every major club in Europe.
 
According to Sky, he is one of the world's best players at this age. The article says that he has already signed a contract with us.

When will he start speaking of his dream to play for Barca or Real? I hope it's Real, Barca won't give us as much money.

It's not like we do that all the time to the smaller Dutch clubs... But if we have to loose players like Andreas, I like it rather to be losing them to MU than to any other club...

I've known Andreas since he was about 9 or 10 years old. His father was a professional football player as well: Marcos Pereira - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
And he's currently a youth trainer at KRC Genk.

Andreas is a fantastic midfielder for his age, more of a "10" indeed. He has a fantastic overview and great technical skills. The only minor "bad" thing I can say about him, is that he's not that explosive/fast, wouldn't see he him as a winger because of that. But he is fast in changing tactics - losing the ball/winning the ball.

In fairness, the Dutch and Belgians always seem to have a great grasp on the language.

PSV Eindhoven starlet Andreas Pereira has confirmed that he is joining Manchester United, as revealed exclusively by skysports.com.

We broke the news on Saturday that United were set to clinch a deal for the 15-year-old - rated as one of the best players for his age in Europe.

The Brazilian-born Belgian youth international has accepted an offer from United, and will leave the Philips Stadion for Old Trafford in the New Year.

"I knew that PSV had given me my chance, but Manchester United is obviously a great club," he told VoetbalPrimeur.

"Other British clubs were interested. I thought about it, but Manchester United is a dream club for me.

"I have been a few times to Manchester United to have a look.

"I got a tour and spoke with Sir Alex Ferguson. Being a 15-year-old and being able to talk with him is great!"

Great news! We will have quite a few young playmakers coming through that have a chance of making it and that can only be a good thing. Petrucci, Morrison, Mats Moller Daehli, possibly Pogba and now this new kid
