It appears we only buy players who are crocked or for some other reason incapacitated.
Neither, was simply trying to be tongue in cheek when referring to how close that 'offside' wasIs this one of the best/weirdest autocorrects?

Seems to be one of those international break fake 'injuries' praise Allah
Well written. Our downfall and City/ Pool dominance has gone to our heads.Honestly, it's not the media, it's our fanbase that's toxic now. All our team can do is win really.
You have ex-players taking anyone's side except the club, Sherringh going on sky telling them Fergie wouldn't have thrown a player under the bus, when Ten Haag literally just gave team news.
You have people blaming the club for failed transfers that have barely played games for us. People crying about Evans and Maguire when 4 cbs( including Shaw) ahead of them are injured. You have people blaming the club for the handling of Greenwood, where I don't see anything else they could have done. They tried to protect his image without being part of his future. Sancho has been poor and has shown poor mentality over the last 3 seasons, somehow that's the clubs fault. Antony has a domestic violence case, that's somehow the clubs fault too. We are being lambasted for spending almost 200m on players, where Gary Neville is ashamed because we skrimped and sold to get Amrabat, yet we are stupid for signing Sancho and Antony for big money
I don't like the Glazers and they are horrible, but the things them and the club are getting blamed for is ridiculous. Our fans are impatient at the moment due to dealing with Woodward for years and expect instant success. It's ridiculous. All it's done is given the media a target in the club. We're 4 games into a season with 5 new players, where only one has played consistently. We have Amad and Mainoo injured, who would add to this squad. We have injuries to 3 of our back 4. Yes, we've lost 2 games, but to Arsenal and Spurs away. I don't see the crisis. Yet due to our fanbase, who pushed the narrative of not liking Mount before he even played, who pushed the narrative of needing more than Hojlund before he even played too. We have fans who are so eager to blame the club, supporting Sancho. It's ridiculous. It's easy just lumping the club, the glazers and everything together and blame them. But what exactly are you blaming them for? I see a good squad, who hasn't had a chance to start the season, with clear signs of progress. A good manager trying to tweak and get even more out of the team. And an impatient fanbase being exploited by rabid media personalities.
Apparently you're talking nonsense.Apparently Liverpool backed out because of the medical
Seriously? Our best player of the last few years. In big games he has to drop into deeper midfield because of our other limitations and gets bogged down and ineffective.
If you think Eriksen is better than Bruno as an 8/10 you're not paying attention. He hasn't got the legs or intensity to do this role, and he's nowhere near as creative.

Its an utter no brainer to have him in central midfield. If ETH did get fired it would be for stupid decisions like playing him at left back. When he could switch dalot to left back and play lindelof at righback.he needs to play thru the middle alongside Casemiro....put Hannibal at the 10 and give fecking Bruno a rest
go back to the double pivot that was effective for us last season as it keeps us from behind left so wide open especially b/c Rashford doesn't track to defend so we need the extra holding mid
Might be my FM talking, but I think we paid a fee for Amrabat whereas Reguilon had no fee so we won't.Will we end that loan too now?
You're gonna be waiting a lifetime. To be fair that goes for most of the other wannabee Manchester United players at the minute.Still waiting on him to become a Manchester United player

I’d rather see us put Hannibal or Gore in this season for his minutes but if it means McT at DM ever again this season then may as well just keep him. He’s a decent player but he doesn’t move the needle enough for us.
I'd like to see Hannibal at CM/DM, i.e in a 2 man midfield. Think he could adapt if he can keep calm. I'm wary that every time we've seen him so far it's been as a #10 though. Gore looks even more of an attacking player from the admittedly little I've seen.
For now I'd certainly keep Amrabat (unless we signed a DM in Jan). For CM, we only really have Casemiro and Mainoo. Eriksen should only play there in certain games and definitely not twice in a week. Mount I am not convinced at all will ever be a CM. McTominay should never play there again.
You could say similar about van de Beek. He must be abysmal in training. It is still crazy that we spent 10 million to loan him and then ten hag decides to not fully trust him and is basically 5th or 6th choice when everyone is fit, it is absolute madness when you consider eth must have known what he was getting and if he had the attributes to fit the epl because he actually managed the player!
The "finally" in the thread title is so funny not gonna lie. It would make you think we signed Modric or something.
Most of the Caf treated him that way at the time. He was the key to unlocking it all, along with Onana.
Every manager, new signing, and youth player gets overhyped and overrated at United, unless they're BritishIt has been the case in that post Fergie era. We massively overrate any new signing, then when we get shocked by their actual form we turn upside down and slaughter them. From the start we shouldn't have overrated them, but we never learn, and we do it again with the next new player.
