Being where I am, I have to gamble to make it to the play-offs. With LJ and Stephen Jackson I have potentially a killer 1-2 punch. My receiver corps are pretty weak though.

I did get the better end of the first deal but this deal could very well turn out in your favour if SJ can put up 10-15 fantasypts a game if he holds up. I think this deal at the end of the day could work out well for both of us. But there are some factors:
Foster is likely gone with delango williams looking to be in the fold now. SJ groin injury could or could not hold up and considering Rams OL it could be be bad trade for you but the potential payoff with SJax is too huge to resist.
CJ isn't getting too many touches on the ball and hasn't seen the back of the end zone since week 3 or 4. Housh is getting the majority of touches and now with the offseason trade rumour it could be bad CJ. But I doubt it and think he will come good at the end of the day.
The biggest upside of this trade imo is kevin curtis, you a getting the philly's #1 receiver and mcnabb's favourite target and I can see him having some real good games down the stretch.
Question DE, if I had offered SJ for CJ straight up would you have bit at the trade?
What if I had curtis and SJax for CJ and earnest graham? would you have still down the trade or not.

no to both. Of course SJ could suffer another injury to kill his season but like you said as things stand you are better off but the upside is with me. Hopefully it pays off

He had a back problem, he had nothing to do with his groin so you are ok on that front. They have a bye next week so he should be able to rest up for the their upcoming game. Foster did suprisingly well, I was waive him when I picked up from you but I think I'll stick around with him. He looked real well yesterday.
