Szoboszlai exclusively played as a CM at Liefering and it's only under Marsch at Salzburg/Leipzig, that he's been used in a more advanced role on the left.

Not in a midfield two as far as I'm aware, so don't see the need for him. He could be an option if we decided to drop Bruno, but that's unlikely.
They tried a little bit, they picked the African midfielder as Rangnick likes to highlight how he discovered Kieta and Mane and brought them to the Red Bull clubs.
He's been utilised as LCM/RCM in a 3 man midfield.
But I only mentioned him as a long-term signing.
If he's good enough for Rangnick, he's good enough for me.
No way Haidara should be a United player. Saw him many times in Salzburg, he was a good but not a great player. Needed much time to settle in Leipzig.
Mo Camera would be a Reb Bull player we could use. A DM/CM who is not a finished player but already one of Salzburgs best. A small fighter, sometimes holding the ball too long. A better, modern version of Fred.
Hr would be a great cheap signing.

I would love to see us sign his team mate Szoboszlai, he reminds me of Schweinsteiger, who also used to play as a left sided winger than transformed himself into a box to box midfield beast. Szoboszlai seems to have similar qualities.
Not for me from what I’ve seen for Salzburg and Hungary. Had heard he was highly rated - Has great technique but not sure his all round game isn’t good enough.

If there's one player I would get out of Leipzig, it would have to be Dominik Szoboszla. Only 21 and the guy is a star in the making. Him and Rashford battling for the LW spot along with Sanchez and Amad for the RW spot would be good. Martial can be sold to Barcelona and Tchouameni to hold the base of our midfield in a 4-3-3 would be phenomenal.
Tchouameni, VDB/ Fred, and Bruno could work with the right coaching in place. Come on R2!

He's a versatile player that has shown the ability to even play at fullback. But if Rangnick wants a player adept at applying pressure in a coordinated manner, then Konrad Laimer would be better IMO , and is an absolute machine in that regard. Laimer was superb at leading the wolf pack from deeper after the initial trigger.
Maybe Laimer's cost is too high and Haidara's lowish release clause as well as him being a Man Utd fan is what appeals?

Whatever our style or fit was no longer matters. RR will play completely different style of football, I’m not sure we have anywhere near enough players currently to play his style of football though.
Been saying for a while that Bissouma would be perfect for us. Won't be cheap though that's the major problem. No chance that move can happen in January either.
Think it's fair to say we need to look at more midfield options with Pogba and Matic possibly leaving this summer.

Bissouma only has 2 years left, Brighton might want to cash in soon as he's made it clear he wants to go higher and probably won't sign a new deal.
We will most likely see players who we have heard very little about coming here now.
