In case we have a tie in any games, a neutral can take all the posters who voted and using random.org can select one voter whose vote will decide the winner. For instance if the voter is prath92 then the person who I voted for will win. The respective managers’ votes won’t be counted for this purpose of course (and AMs)

He isn’t blocked but one cannot pick the same player again in the next turn. If you pick maradona but fail, then you have to pick another players the next two turns.

The reason for the don’t pick the same player rule is so that people won’t just persist with the same player in the hope that at least if you don’t get the player no one else will get and due to this we might end up with the same players picked for 3 rounds and no change
