All time ODI Draft - Snake Format

Though I'm not playing, my opinion is that seeding would not be proper. In footy draft experience, there has been ample instances wherein the winner of previous drafts gets eliminated in R1 of the next one.

Pool is the fairest option of all, but considering the sheer number of matches, a quiz should be an acceptable alternative.
 
Option B.. 6 matches, then have super 6 round, where we have top 4 go through in one match thread. Two teams with lowest votes get knocked out and go straight to semis.
 
Option C. Option B will be too many matches plus it would be fun
 
Option C sounds the most interesting.

EDIT: For those with mental development of 5 or below,
- blackjack is won by whoever gets exactly 21 or the closest to it.
- So you need to submit a number lesser than or equal to 21.
- If the same number as you submit is chosen by other manager(s) all who chose that number will be DQ'd.
- So you need to gamble on a number high enough to win and not popular enough to attract other managers.
