Where did you see that? Its still on the United website that they expect to get the remaining 25%.
The Spanish government only introduced the reduction to 75% at the end of December with a review of it to be done at the end of January.

It was about 20 minutes before the scheduled time iirc, and they sold out within 5/10 minutes.

I don’t know specifically but I know I logged on a minute or two before and they were all gone

Not really - just call them, but they usually just check the names match and thats that.

Definitely transferable where I was sat for Atletico v Milan (325).
