All ticket/travel information thread - 2024/25 edition - Ticket Purchasing FAQ in OP. Please read it and be careful purchasing tickets

Don't forget there was the "ballot" after the initial one, so 2 bites at the cherry. I'd assume we are done for city at this point, no harm in checking but can't see it.

Yep, in fairness, while it suits locals if tickets come up last min, it's a bit of a bastad for us more distanced fans. Much better to properly plan a trip.

Showing other stands too but same problem as usual can’t put them in basket

15mins of refreshing is enough for me.
Occasionally a non exec block comes up, but it's always gone before you have a chance of even clicking on it.

Evening all,

First time post from me.

Would appreciate any guidance on when more tickets might be available for Young Boys at home.

Only managed to get to Villarreal so far this season. Have Arsenal tickets but hoping for more matches

Hi everyone,
Thought I'd get in here early.
I'm going to be in Manchester for the Brighton game on the 18th of December and would love to get 2 tickets. Haven't been to Old Trafford since the Mourinho days, we drew vs Sunderland and Mikhytarian has the worst performance I have ever seen live.
I have taken tickets of people here before and @Sultan can vouch for me.

I'm after a pair for that one too...but am hopeful there will be a proper release! Fingers crossed.

Those of you going to Villarreal away, if you look under general info on your ticketing account the seat numbers are now on, got v lucky with row1!

Palace game Dec 5. Hello all. A long-time (> 30 years) United fan living in the USA. Last game at Old Trafford was unfortunately > 10 years ago (a win against Arsenal). Have to be in London for a meeting and planning to fly in early to take in the Palace game. Wondering if anyone has advice for the best way to get 3 tickets? Thanks all

Yep- keep your eye on the official ticketing page on the website, and on here as people are often kind enough to give a heads up when tickets go on sale on there. They can go on at genuinely any given time but from 8am tends to be worth a look

I suggest getting in early so that you can choose your spot - you certainly won't need to sit in your designated seat!

Yes, there normally is. I'm very sure there will be Villarreal away returns sometime before the game as I know a couple who need to return theirs. Unfortunately you just need to keep checking the website and get lucky with the timing of the release (aka rewarded for the persistence).

This was done today so there will almost definitely be Villarreal away returns available at some point and I doubt you will need any credits to get them for those wanting.

You stand where you want at aways.

I know, I’ve been to a lot of aways, but I’ll have my 9 year old kid with me so form the point of him having a view I’m happier that my ticket says row 1 than row 21

hes been to every away with me this season and some previously so we both know the score, we also know that sometimes stewards get a bit over zealous and do enforce where people sit so at least our bit of paper says row 1

Whilst Ole is still in charge I will have 1 ticket available to all home games at face value in n2402 (standing section).

PM me if you are interested.

I have an away ticket for the Chelsea match and would like to swap it for one for the Watford game - PM me if interested.

To be fair there’s not much joy currently sitting through our games and hearing ole’s at the wheel from the away end all while knowing the club is totally fine with it.

It's probably not much fun supporting Port Vale or Colchester either. That's life.

I often go with my Dad, uncle, see mates, have a night out after. Its more than 90 mins. We have been shit to watch for a few home games, cry me a river

I watch lower division and Sunday league football it can be a lot of fun but you know what you’re getting as your expectations are completely aligned with the money spent by those guys. Then you have us with one of the highest wage bills in the sport looking like the pub team and club refusing to do anything because it’s a bit inconvenient and title challenge is not the aim for us anyway, then you can’t blame fans for taking the same stance.

ridiculous post.

you support the team or you don’t. We have no right to win anything at all, and almost all teams don’t win anything.

fans like you are the reason so many of us have a bad rep.

go support city

Did I say in my post that we have a right to win anything? I’m saying that the club is not acting in the best interest of fans that are very invested in it both emotionally and financially. Glazers are quite happy with status quo as long as fans don’t make the noises, I don’t think that’s OK.

It's going off everywhere on here this week. Like Leeds at home.

For what it's worth, ticket sales leading up to the sacking of Moyes, LVG and Mourinho dropped drastically, it had never been easier to get a few extras in all my 20 odd years as a ST holder.

It's probably the number 1 biggest thing that made the board wake up and think "feck".

I have one for Wolves but can't go because it has moved, does anybody want to swap for Palace?
