Looking at taking my 5 year old for his first game against Leicester. I can see tickets in S229 but I’m getting a warning and disclaimer that it’s standing, atmospheric and recommended for adults only. My kid is lively and I don’t know how it’s going to go anyway, so it’s fine by me, plus it’s a cup game in general sale. Good to go or pick somewhere else?

Our tickets are in the standing section in W210. It will be difficult for a 5 year old to see unless at the front or at the end of a row so can stand in the aisle (stewards don't like people doing that)

If your kid is relaxed you'll be absolutely fine in there. Just may have to stand on a seat etc.

The atmosphere in that area for this game will be pretty low key.

For a first game I'd go elsewhere but obviously you know your kid better

If he's short then even standing on the seat might not be enough to see and then you have to carry them - I see several parents in the standing section having to do this and regretting it !

I am looking for a pair of tickets for Nottingham away, April 1st.
Any ideas about how to go about it? I assume getting in with our away crowd will be very hard.
Could stomach sitting in with their lot.

My ticket is not showing as being able to be donated for Palace game this weekend. Does anyone know why? Usually it’s an option

Yeah I've only got the option to Forward too. I know there's a cut off point where you can't resell by but can't remember how many days prior.

I think it depends on when the ticket office decide.

Something came up on the morning of a 3pm kick off last season meaning I couldn’t go, didn’t have anyone to forward my ticket to so tried resale and it was still available around 5 hours before kick off, the ticket sold immediately.

Yeah makes sense, guess it's supply and demand. There's loads of tickets available (£66) so guess they will wait until they're gone before letting you resell any further tickets

FYI they have just sent an email out to say you can sell the tickets for Palace and the “sell” option is back on the app

Really confused, just got a ticket off the website for Ipswich on Wednesday 26th Feb. £40, not the £66 price.

Have the changed it back?

When it's low demand magically we seem to have more than the 3% of £66 tickets available.

"As we have received additional tickets due to low uptake of contractual allocations, age related, and seat location discounts are now available for this game."

Unfortunately, the £66 is working, as for most games, they do sell - albeit eventually, much slower than usual... was a fair number of tickets for Palace today available even the day before (possibly this morning too) .... used to only ever be the odd 1 or 2 available for a game, if you were lucky, and constantly refreshing the ticket page.
