I did not get a Lask ticket :(
If they saved tickets for anyone, it should be definitely for austrian united fans

So the Norwich FA Cup game has not been officially announced yet, but it will definitely, 100%, be on the Sunday, right? We have the Europa on Thursday and on Monday the international break is scheduled. Even if the internationals are cancelled, the national teams would still have "ownership" of the players for training/bonding etc.

Was the Sheffield United match always likely to be rearranged? I'm after booking the flights already like a gobshite.
100% if either side made the FA Cup quarters.

It is a shame that lolling is banned on this forum.

I reckon the only thing more annoying that getting fecked over by something that isn't your fault, is getting fecked over for something that is.

FCUoM play Stalybridge Celtic that weekend, better than nowt.

I got a call recently about buying an executive club ticket. Its not really worth it for me as its out of my price range, but it got me wondering if United were trying to get me to buy it because maybe Im high on the list for the next release of Season tickets. Although the guy on the phone told me the ST waiting list is 3 years long.

Is there any way of finding out where you are on the ST waiting list?

If anyone has a spare Norwich away in the cup, I would happily take it off your hands

No chance, as in reality getting a season ticket depends on who you ring, at what time, especially if you're not picky on area. Always ring them, don't wait for them to come to you.

I was under the impression the ST waiting list is a myth (certainly in recent times). I think you can put a deposit down £100 and then get a chance to buy an ST in April time. Was the case for my mate who got one last year anyway

As they will be handling seat moves again this year due to the reduced impact of the disabled area works, I suspect season tickets will be easier to come by.

We got ours at the end of LVG's reign before Mourinho took over. We were only on the waiting list for a couple of months and then got the e-mail to buy them. Only had a pair at the top of the East Stand Tier 2. I took them, gambling on a seat move to the Stretford End after renewals, which worked out fine. There was no deposit system at that point though. I've always assumed there is no queue, but they just e-mail en masse enough people on the waiting list when season tickets become available. Maybe now those who have put down a deposit get first dibs for a week or so.

Hi, has anyone spare tickets for Spurs at the weekend. Lost out in the ballot(again)
Would possible be able to help out for some home games coming up.

Renewal Email has arrived, guess now's the best time to ask for £700.

There's a few tickets available for the last home game vs West Ham on the website if anyone is interested.

The last 4 home games are all a bit unclear aren't they.
Sheff Utd to be re-arranged, the others subject to other cup competitions.
Add in the risk of the Corona Virus forcing behind closed doors action, and it's all a bit awks.

They've already got the money from most of us anyway. Will we get a discount for next season if games are suspended for fans?

They'd have to reimburse us id expect. It'd be pretty damm poor otherwise.

Yeah, I think we might have seen the last game at Old Trafford for this season but what a way to end it.

Not sure what will happen for the other games, I am pretty sure we got a refund when we had the bomb scare a few years ago.

The Austrian goverment declared a state of emergancy, all public events are cancelled (indoor motr then 100 people outdoor 500)

I don’t think we did as they replayed the game the following midweek. I ended up giving away my ticket for free.

Disaster for guys who were flying out to Austria tomorrow . I presume it’s tough luck regarding flight refund

There was definitely a refund. I remember as a poor pal took the tickets and basically had a totally wasted trip. So although the game was still played the refund covered the trip.

Anyone think there's any danger of callbacks for Spurs away? Want to go even more now I've cancelled the Linz trip

I reckon there's a decent chance of returns - am checking the ticket website a few times a day. I've never had a callback but have picked up returns in the week leading up to a game.

@Pogue Mahone told me people wouldn't be so silly :)

We seem to be talking at cross purposes here. People who have booked and paid for flights/accommodation in a foreign city are highly likely to travel anyway, considering they won't get any refund. I'm talking about playing all domestic PL matches behind closed doors from now on. The idea that 50000 match-going fans will continue to rock up outside Old Trafford for every home game between now and the end of the season is, obviously, preposterous. What's less certain is what % of them will watch the match in pubs instead. My personal opinion, is that - as this epidemic really starts to bite - those numbers will fall off a cliff, very quickly.

I think Pogue, and my worry, is that by cancelling, case in point tonight's game; we force lots of people into smaller venue with a much higher risk of infection or spread. These United fans would be much safer in the stadium then ram packed in local bars.

I obviously don't think 50,000 United fans will rock up at Old Trafford, but I'm certain the pubs will be full to the brim, and that's the point. All evidence points to pub, bars etc being much worse environments for infection/spread.
