He's great, they play everything through him and there's never any worry he's going to do anything useful with the ball.
He is more suited to be a Joelinton or spurs Moussa Dembele type midfielder role than a forward role.If this was NFL and yards gained was an important stat then he'd be up there with the best.

how embarrassing was that ? absolutely pathetic how far up his arse Darren was.Darren Fletcher on TNT builds him up like prime Messi

His bank account says otherwise. He's in the wrong sport.
He should focus on not overhitting every single cross he gets as he has done for the last however many years he's been playing, instead of holding grudges.
He's such a weird player, he's one of the quickest and strongest around, and he actually has great close control and feints on his dribbling, he's not just a kick and run merchant. Every time he plays us he goes on a run dribbling past 3 or 4 of our players like they aren't there, it is pretty annoying. How many players have the ability to run through half the opposition team? With that sort of talent, he should be one of the best players around. But he never scores or assists a goal. Such a waste really.
I always assumed it was baby oil.
Him and Martinez really do hate each other.
Hilarious posting that image after Martinez scored the winner a few minutes later.
Final action of the game summed him up. Ball needed to go into the box and when it came to him to do it I relaxed entirely. Absolute unit, rapid and must be horrible to defend against 1 Vs 1 but does absolutely nothing of note with any advantages these things give him.
Yep. He's fantastic when the ball is at his feet. But the instant it comes to leaving his foot (whether it's a shot, a pass or a cross) he just gets it wrong almost every time. Perhaps he should just attempt to dribble the ball into the net every time he gets it.He's such a weird player, he's one of the quickest and strongest around, and he actually has great close control and feints on his dribbling, he's not just a kick and run merchant. By being from their academyHow did he get a move to Barca? Theirs hope for Rashford yet
In which he played once in their first team. I’m on about the loan move from wolvesBy being from their academy
Yeah I know, still don't see that loan happening if he didn't have any ties beforehandIn which he played once in their first team. I’m on about the loan move from wolves

Yeah. Said as much in the match day thread last night. But I also seem to recall wolves trying him out at RWB after they sold Doherty? Unless I’m misremembering but I seem to recall him being equally useless there too.Should have focused on improving his stamina and converted into a wingback years ago. He has world class ability to progress the ball, which would be particularly useful from deeper positions, particularly against the press, and his pace would make him a fantastic last defender to cover the line in behind, like Walker was for City

Yeah he could have done a Victor Moses type rebirth and been unreal in a back 5. Hilarious player really, I've never seen someone so unstoppable in 1v1 situations that simultaneously offers 0 threat in the final third. It's incredible (and also proof that the assumption of attackers getting better at making decisions with more minutes/age isn't true really).Should have focused on improving his stamina and converted into a wingback years ago.
