well, you apparently haven't watched him in 2003 and 2004. In 2003 he won the US open (his only grand slam) and was top seeded. He was really good then, yesterday he reminded me of himself from those days. Hopefully he is getting his old form back.
Btw, good bets. You might put some money on Ana Ivanovic as well ;)
 
Roddick - Gonzales...should be also a good match, for that´s 50-50, Roddick in drive, aggressive style against very good basic line play from Gonzales

she's only 18 years old and she'll be 17th on WTA after the final with Martina.
Novak Đoković (he's also 18 years old and 24th I think on ATP) and Ana Ivanović are our (Serbian) young stars. Watch them from August 28 in the US Open. Hopefully you'll have a lot to see




edit: Novak turned 19 in May (Ana will be 19 in November)

Yeah, I know Dokovic, saw him a few times. He has the potential to be a very good player. But somehow I missed on Ana Ivanovic so as you said, I will try to follow her on the US Open as much as possible.
 
this is only her second title, but she has new coach(es) and she has improved lately, plus she's young, so that gives us reasonable hope
btw, it's Djokovic if you don't have 'đ' and 'ć' ;)
