the only reason why i think there is a tiny percentage that we may sign Ronaldo, is fergie is a big risk taker (RVN?), loves this player, and ronnie's played in all the other major leagues (Holland, Spain, Italy) except for the premiership.

he is at the lowest market value (when comparing signings like figo,zidane, players he knows he is better than) he has been through his most recent career, he wants some premirship action before retiring, and he does not know when he will anymore (van basten anyone).
