Are people seriously rating Sheva ahead of Del Piero, Raul and Ruud?
At their respective peaks I would do, based on entire career then it is a different story.

Crustanoid basically has 3 strikers and three midfielders on the pitch, out of which only one provides any sort of width. I've not seen many teams play that sort of system before.
Gattuso - Pirlo - Seedorf
Rui Costa/Kaka
Shevchenko - Tomasson/Inzaghi/Rivaldo
McManaman/Karembeu - Redondo - Seedorf
Raul
Anelka/Guti - Morientes
Reyna - Ferguson - Van Bronckhorst

Considering Sheva is the only one out of the four who has won a Balon'd and has also appeared in Balon'd top three players, I don't know why that's so hard to believe?

I think sheva is a fantastic player, don't get me wrong but at their best I would probably only put him ahead of Ruud in Crustanoids trinity. I just think at their best Del Piero and Raul were basically capable of everything you could want from an attacking player. I rate their ability to pick a pass, ability at set plays (more Del Piero), ability to come up with something extraordinary and ability to adapt to different attacking roles ahead of Sheva. In my opinion though Shevchenko was consistently great for Milan, his highest level is below that of Del Piero and Raul.
That's true. But both midfielders on the sides are more than capable of playing out wide in all those formations. It essentially becomes a diamond at times I would think.
Oh and KM you can go ahead and vote in this one since Crustanoid also has an assistant in DE.

I'm not even debating who is better and who isn't. DE's post was implying that as if it's utter madness that Sheva can be better than the other three. Even if there is a difference (which I don't think there is) it's negligible.

Squeaky bum time!! Late in the game, scores are tied, I'd put my money on a team with Ruud, Raul and Del Piero ahead of one with Sheva, Litmanen and fecking Wiltord.
I bring on DI NATALE for WILTORD.
Di Natale has 80 goals in the last 103 matches for Udinese.
Err, Poll's closed now buddy
