The stat in the title is Utd’s record when leading at half-time at Old trafford in the premier league.

That’s a pretty incredible stat. Haven’t lost in that scenario since 1984.

I don’t know if any other team has got anything close to it.

Which team is going to bring that to an end? It’s going to be Everton now right? :nervous:

Anyone got any idea what’s the closest we came to losing that record?!

I would say how has that record lasted through Jose, LVG, Ole, Rangnick, Moyes etc. But probably because under at least three of those we were extremely unlikely to be leading at half time in the first place.

Yep! There are different ways after all to contribute to a record

Didnt we go 2-1 down to someone last season after leading at HT.
I vaguely remember it because the commentators brought the stat up. It’s obviously going to be a last minute equaliser in injury time.

Under LVG we had some bonkers record of being 0-0 nearly every game at half time at old trafford!

This is right up there with "We have won the league, City wont score another goal". Good jinx, this is on you.

It won't be ending against wasters like Everton, don't worry.

Amazing stat if correct ….though feel it difficult to believe.

Remember it was talked about a lot during Ferguson's time here. That's insane.

This morning I commented how I'd hit every fairway so far. Promptly put the next drive into the water.

Jinxes are real. If this goes tomorrow we expect your resignation Chief

Utd HT Everton FT bet for me tomorrow, thanks mate.

It will be broken eventually, but it's still unbelievable.

Unbelievable stats. Don't think it will get broken easily unless united score first against City and wins the first half.

Great, we're reduced to citing obscure records until we win a title again. Are we also the best minute 36-minute-45 minute team in the history of the premier league as well?

Why would you even post that
