2021 RedCafe NFL Fantasy League

Opening night of the season and @Rado_N drops 75 points on me. Can't even be mad either since I also have AB and Lamb in my home league.

Fantasy football, ahhhh I've missed you

You should make him available for a trade , he will get good value and you are unlikely to be able to get both him & kittle in together
Dunno if I'd get that much value, he'd slipped into the penultimate round in the draft. And with Kittle's injuries last year, he's a good insurance policy to have.

Got smashed. Harris and Jones gave me nothing.
You should still be encouraged by Harris' usage though, he played 100% of the offensive snaps and I think also saw 100% of the RB touches. He'll be a rock solid RB1 going forward imo (Jones too probably, yesterday was an anomaly).

Which Harris? Damien? If so that 100% figure isn’t true but it’s still pretty high

Got huge lead in both leagues - it's in the bag.

But, that means will be around last in the wavier order and so probably no pickups. I do wonder if it's better to lose in the first few weeks to get a better chance of picking up new talents.

Should I be happy that I have Trey Sermon now that Mostert has decided to get injured.

This is why every league should play with a FAAB budget instead of reverse waiver priority. It's simply unfair that someone will get Elijah Mitchell just because they lost Week 1.

I don’t know anywhere near enough about NFL to play your style of fantasy draft but is Mitchell the same (good) option in PPR? (over Zeke, Ekeler or Hunt).

I'd have him over Hunt, not over Zeke or Ekeler. Those are the main guys in their backfield - with Mitchell we don't know yet how much Hasty and Sermon will feature and what it will look like once Mostert gets back in 8 weeks.

True although it's beneficial after the initial few weeks to help losing teams catch up

I do agree on a budget for a paid league, but in this case the other type favored me so I’m all for it.

It was blind luck stumbling into this spot, in part because everyone was saying this guy couldn’t catch anything in preseason…

Am so conflicted about who to start as Flex - just a bad feeling that whoever I start, the other will score.

I thought I had good teams and I’m fecking rubbish

Yikes, week to forget. Diontae Johnson out injured as well :(
