Genuinely wild that there was a high ranking military officer thinking this was a Reichstag moment, that there was multiple coordinated groups planning this and there is a good chance the man responsible is the frontrunner for 2024.

I disagree. This is not a movie it is a congressional hearing and the job is to present the narrative.
edit: Crap, the damn thing posted too quick. This is not being done to convince anyone. Fox News Viewers will not watch this, and if they did they would believe none of it. This is being done to present a public narrative of what happened. It is being done to get this in the public consciousness to, hopefully, convince Garland to proceed with prosecutions. I doubt this will change any minds, it was never going to.

Pretty sure Graham said he was done with Trump immediately after. Right after Jan 6, many of us foolishly thought that this was the end of Trump as a major power in the GOP. Almost all of the top Republicans were clearly shocked, and largely saying the right things.
But then the Big Lie did its work, and they realized it wasn't going to help them. And now it's basically worse than ever. A GOP loss in 2024 is going to cause a whole lot of shit.
