It’s unbelievable.

We are literally watching & listening to play by play of what is happening somewhat real-time in hundreds of well-staffed polling places in the state, yet they still act this way & try to sully the count.

Fulton is now about half of that now I believe.

CNN Update on DeKalb: Delay due to technical issues. Donnie will probably tweet about it soon.

.

Whoah, Ossoff took the lead over Perdue. He’d been down about a 1000 for ages now ahead by 4000.

edit; just saw your graphic. Good stuff!

Tbh I think it’s McTurtle who fecked the Rs here and not Il Douche. ‘Elect me and you get 2k check’ is a pretty good pitch and allow Ds to escape the culture war issues.

Telling your batshit crazy Qanon base that their vote doesn't matter as its all fixed probably played a huge part too.

Glad Ossoff took the lead during the play-by-play coverage.

It’s still going to be obvious theft by the Dems, though.

Update: DeKalb to hand count the remaining 19k due to Technical issues.

Hope those feckers have long memories so shit could start changing at the local & state level.

So, since Trump, Dems have retaken the House, the Senate and the Presidency

The scary part though, Dems lost house seats, Trump got the second most votes in history and Dems JUST get the senate back.

Considering what the Trump presidency has been, I cannot believe Dems have only scraped in to power.

My reaction reading this thread this morning:

To be realistic, if they have any sane strategist in their organisation they should put in her charge of copying the strategy in Georgia in other states and districts all over the country where the Dems have a chance to flip seats. If they also find a way to exploit how insane the GOP has turned this is a game changer which might secure a solid Dem majority in both houses in the future.

They really should start analysing the current situation and find ways to exploit it.

Think losing house seats was the major downer from Nov 3rd, esp while getting record number of votes for the presidency. But, gaining presidency, control of the Senate and not losing control of the House would have been acceptable for most. It was no blue wave, but still a huge election for Dems.
Although considering the likes of Manchin among the 50, not sure how much will actually get done.

Glorious

So looking ahead, without a senate supermajority, won't any meaningful legislative proposals get struck down with filibustering +/- supreme court referrals?
