So ...what are they saying ? This is a way to see Georgia gap close again?
Everyone keeps talking about 8k military ballots that could still come in and would supposedly lean Trump. But the detail is that it's not just military, it's any americans abroad registered to vote in GA. So I don't see why they're called the "military ballots" when I'd guess they're less than 50% military if they're just a random sample of americans living abroad.

Is this real?

Not sure about it's legitimacy but I am sure of the legitimacy of the clip in the comments where Trump is talking about possibly having to leave the country if he loses against the "worst candidate in presidential history".

I still don't get this assumption that the majority of these overseas ballots are military. Just quick math is that the US military is around 1.5 million personnel. Even doubling for spouses, but then you have to significantly reduce because the majority of US military personnel are in the US. Meanwhile there are an estimated 5 million US citizens that live abroad. So in any random sample of US citizens living abroad, you'll find more civilians than military.

Overseas US military personnel are around 165k.

I have received very similar emails from Pelosi/the Democrats. “This is the 5th time we’ve emailed you and no reply.” It’s my junk email account but I’ll go looking for examples after work (maybe)

Southampton FC tmocking the president of the United States.
What a time to be alive.

Aye. There are about 200,000 Americans living in Paris alone! (well.. Probably a little less now) - Im pretty sure there arent anywhere near that many in the military bc I doubt the French would want that living in their capital city

.. Well.. They might actually.. They ve clearly needed help before

Off-topic: One thing that's funny in Brazilian elections is that you transfer your registration to the consulate of where you live abroad, and you don't vote on any local/state races anymore. Basically you vote just for president. Anyway, once the election is done people can find the specific breakdown of votes from Brazilians in each foreign city (with a consulate), and while it's usually just a few dozen or a few hundred votes at most, you still see a strong skew of voters by country/city. So Brazilians in Europe and Paris in particular lean left pretty heavy, while Brazilians in the US lean more right and Israel and Japan lean some of the heaviest right.

Can anyone explain why that congressional vote in Maine is not done yet?

That cant be right. The GA secretary of state specifically stated yesterday that upto 8000 military ballots could be sent back.

They are called ‘military & overseas ballots’.

It’s just people being bedwetters as usual. At best about 25% of those came in, giving it all to Trump doesn’t change things one bit.

Today somebody from GA said differently (could be the same guy). And it is NOT 8k, it is up to 8k. Can be even as few as 1k.

Honestly, am I an idiot for assuming they were gonna call this in the last couple hours? Or were we all thinking that? And, more importantly, are we now thinking they're not gonna call it today?

@Fergies Gum the 8800 ballots were part of all the military & overseas ballots requested before the election. 18k+ of them came in, were counted and reported. The number, hence, is just the maximum that could come in, not guaranteed to come in. Deadline has passed so we will find out soon.

The Allegheny County delay is annoying but honestly they should call it soon. There's basically no doubt about the outcome now.

exactly, it could be 500, 3000, 5000...could be 20. It's just "suggested" that 8000ish are outstanding.

I know, I'm not on the edge of my seat about the result or anything but I'm interested to see the reaction when the networks call it.

So my coworker is a hard-core Trump supporter. I think she's on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I kept asking her random questions all day just to aggravate her. Her only response has been "This is going up the Supreme Court we have evidence. It's not over !" I've waited 4 years to watch her self destruct and it is so worth it. She was super confident on Monday yapping about how trump will win again. If you're all thinking I'm evil this is the same person that came in celebrating when Hillary lost. Her exact words were "I'm so happy that bitch lost." Well who's the bitch now sweetie :smirk:

Biden increased his lead in Nevada to 22k+. There doesn't seem to be a path for Trump there. Most votes will be from Clark County and those will lean blue.

Biden has increased his NV lead....they still won't call it. This is a joke. CALL NEVADA!!!

Biden is getting 62% of the last Nevada vote.

I don’t think you’re doing enough to make her suffer tbh
