Relax, Big Papa. Noggie TV2 called it for Biden hours ago :D
I'm not in Noggie TV area though am I but it is reassuring to have their backing of my early prediction.

Man I hate Hershey's chocolate but I'll gladly buy a box of that sweet sick aftertaste as a thank you for doing the right thing.

So far I'm taking a flight to Atlanta with Delta, visiting the Coca Cola factory then to Wisconsin to eat and wear some cheesehead whilst routing for the Packers (sorry Saints) then to Detroit Michigan to uh buy a car (that still a thing?) Quick dash to Arizona for the Grand Canyon and a final stop to Pennsylvania for Quaker Oats and Hershey's chocolate.

Let's go Georgia.

I was trying to land on who is more odious: McConnell or Graham. I landed on Graham.
I've been deliberating this in my mind, and I think I've opted for Graham.

McConnell is an odious little turtle, but he makes no apology for it, admitting he wants to make life impossible for his Dem colleagues. You almost have to admire his shamelessness about it. Graham on the other hand is a spineless little scrote - a bit like the kid in school who claims he's your mate, but then sucks up to the bully when he's tormenting you.

I'm a bit surprised AP and Fox pulled the trigger on AZ so early and now they are taking their sweet time with PA, even though from what the Nates keep telling me it's much more clear cut at this stage. Is it because that would put Biden over the line?

You should be ashamed of yourself. Nothing ever comes close to the unique taste of a Hershey's bar! European chocolate is great and all but Hershey's will always have a special place in my heart!

There's a difference between the Nate Silvers of the world and local campaigns.
Actually, @legolegs's post two pages earlier had the response to all of my questions.
Apparently it's based on polls from 538 (for the election in 2016 not the current one).

It's all based on 2016 538 data, and the results of playing around with settings on their website.
Not a Georgian (as mentioned above I was a neighbor for 20 years when in Birmingham). It's going to be so close. I am wondering if Trump's loss will cause a drop on Republican energy and turnout. If so I think both go to Dems. I can't see any future where Trump campaigns for them. He is NOT a team player.
Just stop denying it already! How are the Falcons doing? You're supporting the management changes? Yes, I wiki'd that.

Probably not just Georgia. I imagine all states at play right now will be recounted.
I mean, depending on the margins. There's not much point to recounting, say, Arizona if it stays around 40k difference. There is no way a recount closes that margin. Nevada is at 21k now; let's say that grows to 30k - again, pointless to do a recount.

The Trump campaign might want them anyway but... it'd just cost them money (as far as I'm aware, it's generally the requester that pays the costs).

Graham.

Graham is the quintessential cnut. The sort to snitch you to the teacher but then be friends with you when they realize you are cool. Total twat. He flops like he has no spine.

McConnel is just another angry republican (Who I'm hoping Biden soothes)

It's understandable they are being a bit conservative with this one as this would mean calling the presidency for Biden.

Has a recount ever resulted in a reversal?

What’s the minimum margin required to justify a recount?
I think if the margin is less than .5% margin it triggers an automatic recount, otherwise the President can technically request a recount on any state (though I heard someone saying it would have to come out of his own pocket).

In any case, it shouldn't make an ounce of difference considering recounts seldom result in any changes either way exceeding a couple hundred votes.

Still think Dems should try to flip Collins' party membership. She clearly is an opportunist.

I don’t get this. She’s a Republican who has consistently chosen to vote Republican despite having every chance to do otherwise. While we are at it why don’t we try to flip Merkowski or Romney?

AP said yesterday that an analysis of AZ ballots cast statewide concluded Trump could not catch up in the ballots left to be counted,
Yes they probably shouldn't have called it so early, but AP are rarely wrong on this stuff.

Although bet they are massively relieved right now!

As far as I'm aware, recounts usually flip like a hundred votes at most. It's very hard to imagine a recount mattering; the only hope Trump has is that Republican-friendly courts throw out huge batches of ballots for some spurious reason. Unlikely to happen but you never know.
