Set your team for week 1. The projections of points for that week will give you a good idea of who to start that week. Make sure you set your team every week.

Other than that don't worry too much right now. Once the season starts keep an eye on free agents.

Also don't let anybody scam you into bad trades. Thankfully for you Eboue isn't in your league, otherwise he would offer you Cutler for Rodgers and Gronkowski. Do you follow football much? You can always ask in here for advice if you're unsure about anything.

Yeah I follow the football itself. I've just never done a draft before and is completely different to the the football ones we usually do for the Premier league
 
Never done this stuff, why are RBs or WRs drafted before QBs?

It's daft, right?!

Cause the 8th/10th/12th/14th choice QB will still be a really good QB who'll put up good numbers (and if he doesn't one week, you can probably find another QB out there that'll have a good week). You'll have to play 5 RBs/WRs every week, which makes the good ones more valuable in a draft.

The fantasy site I subscribe to absolutely loves him. They have him listed 4th best RB after David Johnson, Le'Veon Bell and Devonta Freemena. Didn't realize he was British. From Britain.
 
I didn't realize the league is PPR till round 4. Going to be a long season.

Don't worry. Basically I assumed our fantasy league using the typical type of scoring but it uses a different type. Since I now see this was mentioned in this thread, I should have paid more attention. In the type of league that we are playing in, wide receivers and running backs who catch the ball often have a higher value. I would have never drafted a QB so early if I knew this. Hopefully all that made some sense.
 
I kind of drafted up top like it wasn't PPR...? Had too much going on in the world to pay attention.

I might be okay if I can get past the clusterfeck of 7-8 week byes that I created.
 
Accepted a trade, I got Demaryius Thomas for Kelvin Benjamin, interesting one but Thomas is definitely the safer play.
 
September draft is all set for sunday at 1500 est. Rado and I will manage separate teams due to Inter Yer Nan being an all around bitch. Rado chose to keep the first pick, I will draft in IYNs slot, 7th.

Anyone available to team up or take over? I have ordered my draft board but I know how annoying it is to wait.
 
Just to be 100 percent sure, it's 3 PM Eastern Time, right? Which means 20.00 in England/21.00 CEST? :)

If you have ordered your draft board it should autopick immediately but not 100%.
 
My internet went down for 2 hours earlier but thankfully is working again. Nothing is stopping me drafting the winning team for a third straight season :D

Although 14 teams in one league sucks. Going to be scraping the barrel big time at the end.
